New dealership manager--cares more about sales than service---Go elsewhere---HVAC filter problems with 2019 GLS 450 and 2017 GLC--mildew smells that blows through car. Despite cars being under warranty, service dept admits that this is a HVAC defect and say this is a Mercedes USA problem so customer must pay for new filters service (so that car is even driveable) and then seek reimbursement through a class action lawsuit--In short, even if car under warranty, customer should pay hundreds of dollars to deal with issue and then hope to get $$ back at some point in the future. Warning to new car buyer---do NOT do business with this dealership. This is an easy problem to solve--cover it for customer and chase Mercedes yourself. After all, you are the dealer charging a LOT of $$ for a new mercedes and warranty.
