Random Glitch but Professionally Handled

onAfter 3+ years of running beautifully, my GLS550 had a coolant pipe release and the engine over heated quickly. Despite never a good time to breakdown, I called the dealership, they provided me with a number for their tow company and the rest worked as planned. I was able to UBER home, keep my meetings and text with the dealership about completion of the matter. They held a car for me in case I needed it, but luckily was able to get car back later at night. Very professional and responsive.
