Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury

We bought a used BMW from this dealer, they were fine before the sale. But after we paid for the car, drove the car for a week, and found some problems that we'd like to discuss with them for the next procedure under the warranty, they would not return to us at all. We tried emailing, calling the salesperson many times, but he just abandoned us totally. I hope the service would improve after my review, however, we will continue pursuing our state mandatory warranty work from them.
