I was never pleased with any one of the previous service advisors. I was very happy I finally got a… service advisorand who knows what he is doing and wants to take care of the customer. He was very patient not in a hurry like the others and understanding. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but him.Thanks for making my birthday amazing! I love my new convertible!

by Eek1973 on 05/15/2018Gary and MB of Natick were great...including Cong and Jamie in Financing and Shahein for his help with all vehicle features! We went in on Saturday May 5 and Gary spent a solid hour plus with us as we sat in the GLE class, then the GL and… then checked out the E class, then the S63 AMG and finally the S560. No pressure at all and Gary knew everything about each car. We sat in the E 43 as well but kept coming back to the S560 as the most comfortable option. We returned on Monday evening and confirmed the S560 was the right car for us after a test drive...as long as we wanted...no pressure...we returned and initiated the purchase discussion. We could not finish that evening, but Gary knew what we wanted and a few texts later and we were good. Then began the search, as the vehicle we wanted was not in Natick. Nor was it really anywhere to be found_in_the_country!!! Gary lead the search and found the car and negotiated delivery from another dealer and kept us informed of the status all along the way. The car arrived on Monday, May 14 and he handled all the prep, made sure everything was in good order and was just totally ON the entire time. The buying experience through Gary was along the line of concierge service at the Ritz...bow tie and all!!! MB Natick is the nearest dealer to me, and Im thrilled to have started a relationship with them for this S560 4Matic and future vehicles! Thanks Gary!!!Thank you for your review! First-Class Service

The car came back with the new tire at a fair price, plus an inspection sticker.… They even cleaned the snow-stained rubber mats inside! Gary Fine

In fact, I had my wife call him the same night and we almost bought another car. Gary is an excellent salesman and goes above and beyond… what you would expect. Even the small things, like giving me new tape for my EZPass to stick to the new car's windshield. Nothing goes unnoticed. Purchase of E63
by Tye1111 on 11/25/2017I've been buying cars for 25 years now, and have had many good experiences. But I must say, the Natick Mercedes Benz experience was by far the best I have ever had. They were respectful, professional and skipped with the antiquated sales… pitches of yesteryear. They had a passion for the cars they were selling and a love of being professional from the initial contact with me, through the negotiation, signing the deal, processing through the business office and finally at the pickup. It was especially stark given the fact that the other dealerships pushy ineptitude with the artificial sales pressure tactics were so stark. The Natick MB team was truly amazing. They clearly loved the car they were selling me (E63 AMG S), understood what kind of car it was, and respected my choice and desire for wanting to buy the car. My deepest gratitude to Jose Cabrera, Cong Truong, and James the finance manager. You all did your profession proud in the way you conducted yourselves. I will say that the entire dealership was superb to me, and my children, and it is impossible to remember all your names. I can't thank you all enough for making this such a great experience! Dishonest and untrustworthy
by Innov8Science on 10/16/2017I would give this MB branch a 'no star' rating, if I could. I gave it a good review several years ago and have always been a loyal customer. But I will never ever return to this dealer. You see, this past Saturday one of their employees… stole my wedding ring which I left in my car! The night before, on Friday evening, I took my wedding off and left in my car before I went to my gym for my usual boxing class. I did this regularly. But, this time, the next morning I took my car to this MB dealer in Natick for annual car maintenance per request. As I was waiting in the hospitality room, I kept wondering if I should back to my car to retrieve my wedding ring. I thought it should be safe as I couldn't imagine their technician(s) would steal my ring. Big mistake! I didn't think much of my ring until I got home. I began to look for it later and I was shocked and disgusted when I found out my ring was gone! Don't trust this dealer, or least don't leave any valuable in your car when it is being serviced at this dealer. Very dishonest. I am filing a police report.Exceptional Experience
