My time is valuable

I don't know of anyone that enjoys taking their car in for service of any kind. But, Mercedes Benz of Natick makes every aspect of having to do so the least painful. Their on-line scheduling is so simple, Leo greeted me the minute I drove into the garage. They have a loaner ready and waiting or always have a ride if I need one. They finish when they say that are going to be finished, explain everything they did, in detail. My car is always clean and vacuumed and I leave knowing that they value my time. If I do wait for my car, they inform me how long I can expect to wait and they have quality coffee/espresso and pastry in the waiting area, all the news papers, wifi and morning news programs. The seating is comfortable and clean.
