He is not only highly… knowledgeable about the vehicles but also genuinely dedicated to finding the right car for your needs. What impressed us most was his professionalism and honesty. Charles was transparent about every detail and worked diligently to ensure we received a fair deal for our GLS, all while avoiding any pressure or sales tactics.   • Mercedes of Sudbury, MA: Discriminatory Sales Practices

    Mercedes of Sudbury, MA was aggressive but the experience overall was poor and unprofessional. They need to train their staff. I was contacted by two (2) people from their Internet Dept., which is redundant. Specifically I took issue with a… few things: 1. Video sent by the young man revving the engine at cold start and then stating the cabin is quiet with the front door open. Foolish behavior. 2. One of the reps said she could not finance me since I live In California due to emissions law and Massachusetts not able to issue temp tags. Then asks would you be able to pay cash? Absurd request. I corrected her. I was then informed it's "company policy" not to issue temporary tags. Discriminatory to say the least and they try cover their false information. As someone who has purchased cars for well over 20 years and has worked on every car I've owned, this dealership is incompetent. I would find another dealer that is customer centric and deserving of your business. 𝐌𝐫. π€π«π¬π‘πšπ, π†πŒ 𝐑𝐚𝐬 π›πžπžπ§ 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐒π₯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬. UPDATE: I have filed a complaint with the Attorney general and Mercedes USA. The dealership has chosen empty rhetoric over action. I am exploring legal options.

  • BAD EXPERIENCE

    Absolutely disappointed. Internet manager Daniel De Morales Silva claimed that their internet service was down to check on my credit to move on with financing the Escalade I have tried to purchase for 4 days. Finally, The internet manager… has informed me that somebody came with the cash and have purchased the vehicle so it's not longer available after all. I own limo company and purchasing vehicles every year for about 30 years. I heard similar stories before in my experience and of course never will come back to the Dealership like this. So just a warning for consumers - DONT GO TO MERCEDES DEALERSHIP OF NATICK MA

  • Howard Rosenberg - Sales - Mercedes-Benz Natick

    I don't usually write reviews, but for those interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Natick (soon to be Sudbury), I would highly recommend asking for Howard Rosenberg. In dealing with Howard, from the start I felt as… if I was dealing with an "old pro". Very relaxed and comfortable, no high-pressure sales tactics, just straightforward. In addition to this, on my sale, Howard's greatest attribute was communication. Things are sometimes delayed, the "shop" might be backed-up, your insurance info could be delayed in coming in, decision-makers can be temporarily out-of-pocket, etc. - these things can be frustrating, but they happen. What makes the world of difference is someone like Howard, who reaches out and communicates, who fields calls (and returns them!), even after deposits & payments have been made...that's follow-through. I can't say more about the dealership from 1st hand-knowledge, but I would buy a car from Howard again for sure. Great guy, a guy who understands customer service the way us 'older' folks knew it. :)

    My experience at Mercedes of Natick was over all great. I had to wait for a Title to arrive for the vehicle I bought but it was so worth wait. You get the attention you deserve when you have questions or issues that concern you. The sales… person (Chris),and sales manager (Nick), are very attentive and put you at ease. The financial person (Yatin) was so informative whether it’s warranty information or financial end of it, he explains and cover all options. I never had that experience at any other dealers. I will go back for my next car. Please check them out. You’ll be glad you did. Sincerely. Sue.

He was very attentive to my request - including running to the service bay when I had an additional request after the work had started.     I purchased a preowned Audi from this dealership and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris Leigh was my salesperson and he made what can often be a stressful situation easy. I never felt pressured -- it was more like… shopping for a car with a very knowledgeable friend than a salesperson. Chris made sure I was happy with the car at delivery and beyond, even helping me fix a leaky tire a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what my experience would be purchasing something other than a Mercedes from this dealership, but they treated me so well throughout the process. I'm very impressed!

    I was fortunate enough to have Saena as my sales professional when I decided to go to the dealership to look at a car. She had it out front and ready to go when I got there! With a quick copy of my license we were off on a test drive and… she had a very easy approach without trying to make a sale. When it came down to negotiate for the vehicle she advocated for me and did everything she could to get me the best deal possible. After selling me the vehicle she personally took it to fill up the gas, helped me empty the vehicle I was trading in, gave me a congratulatory hug before leaving and had me home to the family by dinner time! She even followed up to make sure everything was OK and I was happy.

    These folks know how to treat customers. Dakota navigated me through a couple of snags and helped me not worry about the process, and I ended up with a fantastic vehicle I will enjoy driving for years! The manager did try to get me to go… for a much more expensive model, but I stuck to my budget and I am very happy with the outcome!

  • Loved the Sales, Hate the Servie

    I had a great experience with Nick my sales agent, but beyond that: So when I bought this car, I bought a "3 year service package." I drive ridiculous amounts due to the nature of my job. At my 3rd service appointment, which I was… doing a a dealership closer to me, I was informed that I had too many miles on my car and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. 400.00 They told me that the business manager had done my contract incorrectly, and that I would have to call them. So I did. He explained to me at this point, that because I had put 30k (in less than a year) on my car, that I had exceeded the 3 year mileage, and they would not give me my last paid for visit. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that the manager would call me. He did not. I called again, and was told that the sales manager would call me back in an hour. He did not. I called a third time, and spoke to the general manager, after waiting 3 hours for the promised 1 hour callback. I explained the situation, and then he agreed, that they were not used to be driving as much as I do, so it was a misstep. All I asked for was my third paid for service, and he said done. Today, I took that car in for the service, got the loaner and was on to my work day, when I was called and told that they would not honor what I was told, and he'd said because of my mileage that I could only have a 20% discount. I called the other dealership, closer to home, and went back to get my car. Took it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and they serviced it same day as a courtesy while giving me hot tea. While I was there, I priced out my next car, because I don't want anything in my life that even makes me think of Natick.

Because it was late in a Friday afternoon, and we hadn’t eliminated repairing the car, Brian took all pressure off. He… offered to keep the car til Monday for us to make our decision.     I wanted to share my great experience at Herb Chambers Mercedes of Natick. First and foremost was my salesman Brian Trebicka who helped to make the sales experience easy breezy. Sure he wanted a big down payment and a high price but he was… also fair and accommodating. Later after negotiations, he facilitated paperwork and out of state car registration BS with ease and professionalism. On his own he ordered new mats for my dream SUV. Brian is the best!
