onWe had a scheduled service and the results were serious for an 8 year old car. So we investigated purchasing a new car. Because it was late in a Friday afternoon, and we hadn’t eliminated repairing the car, Brian took all pressure off. He offered to keep the car til Monday for us to make our decision. We bought a new car, later in the afternoon, and Brian was another big part of our terrific Chambers experience. We’ve been customers for 35 years! Brian made an unexpected situation, easy!
