Dealership Service Review
I had a great experience with Nick my sales agent, but beyond that: So when I bought this car, I bought a "3 year service package." I drive ridiculous amounts due to the nature of my job. At my 3rd service appointment, which I was doing a a dealership closer to me, I was informed that I had too many miles on my car and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. 400.00 They told me that the business manager had done my contract incorrectly, and that I would have to call them. So I did. He explained to me at this point, that because I had put 30k (in less than a year) on my car, that I had exceeded the 3 year mileage, and they would not give me my last paid for visit. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that the manager would call me. He did not. I called again, and was told that the sales manager would call me back in an hour. He did not. I called a third time, and spoke to the general manager, after waiting 3 hours for the promised 1 hour callback. I explained the situation, and then he agreed, that they were not used to be driving as much as I do, so it was a misstep. All I asked for was my third paid for service, and he said done. Today, I took that car in for the service, got the loaner and was on to my work day, when I was called and told that they would not honor what I was told, and he'd said because of my mileage that I could only have a 20% discount. I called the other dealership, closer to home, and went back to get my car. Took it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and they serviced it same day as a courtesy while giving me hot tea. While I was there, I priced out my next car, because I don't want anything in my life that even makes me think of Natick.
