    I had a wonderful truck buying experience with Bruce C. He listened to my desires and catered to my needs. He was very professional and informative. He gave me a tutorial about my vehicle, which eased my anxiety. I really appreciate everything the folks at Heritage did for me.

    I was helped by Ibrahim and he was really personable. Everyone was really nice and helped us get the best deal possible. The dealership was clean. I had a good experince here and now I have my brand new car :)

    We have been around to a few other dealers in the DMV and haven't found any that treated us with the respect and straightforward attitude as the folks at Heritage Hyundai Towson. Bristol was very attentive, understanding, and receptive to what we were looking for without pushing us to go after any particular car too hard. I definitely would recommend this place for anyone that wants to avoid the bait and switch MO as most other dealers in the area. Great price, great service, great experience.

    100% Satisfaction I had the absolute pleasure with working with Bristol J while I began my journey with searching for a new car. I couldn't have asked for someone more patient, kind and hardworking than Bristol. He was patient with me for the few months it took me to finally make a decision on what car I wanted. He worked so hard to find the exact car that I was looking for, and made absolute sure that all my needs were met. He went above and beyond, and I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work that he has done for me. I would strongly suggest that anyone who is looking for a hyundai, I would go to heritage hyundai in towson and ask for Bristol, I can assure you, you will not find anyone better to work with.

  • Ripped off

    Not impressed on how our salesman conducted business, We asked him several questions on how much the sticker price was on our Elantra, turns out we're paying 2000 dollars more then a brand new elantra then opposed to our used 2009. Now were stuck with payments of $443.00 a month for 56 months and sticker price of 15,495 dollars for a car that really is worth 10,000 - 11,000 dollars. After my trade in on my 1993 SSEI Pontiac Bonneville thats fully loaded, they only gave me a 1000 for, it was a big big big downgrade from my Pontiac to this Elantra. He did not know how much it was, he promised us he would put XM radio and carpet floor mats, inwhich we never recieved, he promised us a car that we wanted but in reality only had 1 car to show and one that we really didnt even want. The elantra he sold us needed 2 new front tires and a front end alignment and suppose to have past inspection. The Elantra had to missed matched front tires and for a front wheel drive vehicle it could be drastic in wet weather. We did contact a Maryland State Trooper and if we were gonna have problems getting the front end aligned by this dealership to contact him. I had to replace the front tires with better ones that matched and the dealership didnt even flinch in helping me out with it. We told the salesman our price range was under 10,000 and in the market for a Subaru Legacy or a Mazda6 in the 2004-2006 range, never had one, he conned us into going to the dealership and look at their hyundia's and only had 1 to show at that. Just poor communication skills and knowledge, I would rate this experience with this dealership a -10

    I purchased my 2008 Ford Fusion on September 28, 2012. I was having problems with my transmission and it was metal in my transmission fluid which I had a technician (not from the dealership) look at it and he told me to bring it to Heritage Hyundai Towson right away. So I took it in on November 16, 2012 and they kept it til November 20, 2012 in which I gave birth to my baby girl the very next day. They said Solenoid E was stuck. On the invoice they fixed Solenoid A. Now my transmission is slipping and failing. I brought the car back on April 11, 2013 for the same problem. They are saying they never saw the metal particles in the transmission oil and now the problem isn't theres. I must pay for a new transmission. The CEO Scott F. was so disrespectful he told me does it look like they carry a "MAJIC GLOB" around because they didn't see something that didn't show up on the diagnostic machine. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. If I could do it all over again they would have NEVER gotten my service.

    I just bought a new Sonata 13 from Heritage Hyundai in Towson. As most car buyers I dreaded the experience. Fortunately I dealt with Bristol who made the buying process as pleasant as you could hope for. I was on the fence choosing between the Elantra and the Sonata and it was a nice surprise to actually deal with a salesperson who knows the cars he is selling. I had done quite a bit of reading on both models but Bristol was able to answer more specific questions. He went over the details with me not being pushy for either one. The pricing in the end was very competitive. I love the car and can definitely recommend dealing with Bristol and the Hyundai dealership in Towson to anyone.

    When we recently lost our 2010 Santa Fe, we needed a vehicle fast. We love the Santa Fe and wanted another one. We found a 2012 Santa Fe unlimited with only 19500 miles on it at a great price. We emailed the dealership and Matt L. contacted us immediately. He transferred the vehicle from another location the next day for our test drive. We fell in love with the vehicle. Everyone at Heritage Hyundai Towson was very professional making it the best buying experience ever. Thank you Matt and the rest of the Heritage sales team.

    Surprisingly buying a new car was a more pleasurable experience since I last did it with other dealers. Interested in seeing what was new in the Hybrid world I walked into Heritage Hyundai of Towson and was immediately impressed with the attention I received. This experience was made even better, especially with Bruce C. my sales representative. I inquired about their Hybrid models and in less than a half hour and a test driving Sonata Hybrid; I was convinced this was the car for me. Bruce was great from the start as he was very personable and interested in my knowing my needs in matching up cars suited for me. When it came time to discuss price, trade-in value and how to make it fit all into my budget, Bruce was very willing to work with me so I felt comfortable with my purchase. The Sonata Limited Hybrid came fully equipped with all the features and more that I wanted this car and at no time did I feel pressured to buy extras or feel I missed something. Needless to say, I drove away that day with a new car thanks to Bruce C. and the fine supporting folks at Hyundai Heritage in Towson! I highly recommend stopping by to see them to take advantage of all available discounts and incentives they have to offer on any of their Hyundai Cars.

    I can not believe how awesome my experience was at this dealership. I did not think that I would be able to purchase a vehicle. My credit was bad and I had no money for a down payment. My sales representative Bristol was awesome. He was able to get me the car I wanted and was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. I have already recommended this dealership to several people.

    I had the most amazing expierence ever with Heritage Hyundai Towson. Bristol was the sales person and he was outstanding from beginning to end. I was awarded with some great deals and the puchase of my vehicle was at a low amazing price. Thank you Bristol for this wonderful new purchase.

    Even though Heritage Hyundai is about 40 miles from my home, I purchased a Sonata limited from Heritage in Towson and got a much better deal than I was offered by a dealer two miles from my home. The salesman, Tom H, was great to work with. I could hardly believe that the offer for my trade-in was made without seeing it. Of course, if my trade-in had not been in the condition that I represented, the trade-in would have been less, but that would have been fair. Overall, there were no surprises.

  • Worst customer service ever

    After having my 2006 Azera diagnosed by my local mechanic, I was advised to take it to the dealership for repair. Chris W was my service advisor and I told him what the mechanic said the issue was. Chris' response was that he didn't think it was quite that extensive. Except, three days later, it in fact was the same problem. The one that took my mechanic 4 hours to diagnose. I started out optimistic about Heritage because Chris worked diligently to get my repairs covered by Hyundai. But it was all downhill from there. Chris became non-communicative and I was having to call him to find out what was going on. I was given the run around, told my car would most likely be ready by this day, only to be told at the last minute it would not be. That another part needed to be ordered or there was another problem, or the part hadn't arrived yet. They had my car for three weeks - for mechanical repairs - not body damage. Chris W went from being attentive and helpful to completely unapologetic and seemingly annoyed. One of the few different times I was told I could probably pick up my car, Chris said it was making a "ticking noise" so they wanted to keep it "one more day." The next morning he said it was ready to be picked up. It was still making a ticking noise underneath when I picked it up! And you would think that after all of the inconvenience they caused me, and considering the fact that my car sat finished for 2 days before my schedule allowed me to pick it up, they would have at least washed it. NOPE! I already hated to have to take my car to the dealership to begin with. This experience confirmed for me all of the reasons I hate dealership service departments. And if I do have to use Hyundai's service again, it will NOT be Heritage. They have NO sense of customer service.

    • I just saw this response and it's total BS. I copied Chris M on one of my emails to Chris W and I mentioned in that email that I was upset and would be asking to speak with the service manager when I came to pick up my car. My response from Chris W was that "Chris is already aware of your situation" and my response from Chris M was nonexistent. By the time I could finally pick up my car I was so disgusted by Heritage and relieved my experience was over (so I thought) that I never wanted to deal with anyone from there again. Two weeks later my car's battery kept dying so I took it to Merchant's in Towson for a new one. I was told my battery was in great condition and asked if my car was recently serviced. I said it had been and they said that the cables were not properly connected. Heritage did a sloppy job on my car and now it is back there as of yesterday. I was driving at 60mph when my car just shut down. Why do I get the feeling this is all connected? Dealing with you all is the last thing I wanted to do but since you are likely responsible for this, it only makes sense that you fix it. I WILL be contacting Chris M this time and I also got the contact info for the MileOne manager of the dealership so I will be contacting him as well.

    I have been purchasing vehicles for the past 53 years. In an effort to expedite time, I research the car of my interest in auto magazines, Internet reviews, and Consumer Digest. Then I do comparison shopping via telephone and Internet within a 200-mile radius of my home. All of the 18 dealerships with whom I spoke quoted me the identical MSRP for the Equus Signature and there was not too great of a significnat differential .between the trade-in value they offrered me for my 2009 Genesis. After considerable assessment of the overall manner in which I was treated by these dealerships, I decided to drive 187 miles to do business with Heritage Hyundai for the following reasons: (a) the finely-tuned knowledge base and professionalism of the several staff members with whom I interacted and the respect, pride, and enthusiasm they displayed in their presentation of the Equus, (b) the fluid, but patient inter-personal quality of our interactions, (c) the accommodation of my demanding schedule and the 3.5 hour drive to their dealership, and (d) the several telephone calls and e-mail communications subsequent to my purchase to ascertain that everything was still well with my new Equus. From my initial telephone conversation with Heritage to the last conversation I had as I was preparing to drive away, I neither felt pressured nor spoken to in a condescending manner. Sufice it to say, that throughout my entire 53 years of car-buying, I have now purchased my fifth Hyundai automobile. Never have I experienced a more professional and personally satisfying experience than my recent one with Heritage Hyundai.

    when walking in the service area, no one greeted me. Everybody looked very busy. Tried to ask a service person, but he didn't even respond. I was standing there for about 5 min before someone asked me why I was there..... I wasn't so happy with my very first visit of this service department.

    This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. My sales consultant Art T. was great to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle and willingness to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my choice was exceptional. Best customer service I've ever received.

    I had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson, and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family. After speaking with John on the phone (who was extremely helpful) I stopped in to take a test drive and was immediately assisted by Bristol J.. We sat down, briefly discussed some options, then headed out to test drive a Hyundai Sonata. Bristol was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the warranty offered by the dealership. I had been shopping for 2 weeks and Bristol was by far the most helpful salesman I had dealt with. I didn't even plan on buying a car that day, but Bristol did everything I could possibly ask for, and ended up earning my business that afternoon. I'm extremely pleased with the deal I got, and have nothing but good things to say about Bristol and Heritage Hyundai Towson. 5/5, A+!
