Stan is the man!
by bughalo on 07/26/2013updated 06/05/2025My wife and I originally went to the Thomson dealer in southeast Balt. to look for new Santa fe 2013 and we were very disappointed with the sales agent. He did not know anything about the car, and he did not pay attention to us even though… we made an appointment. So we decided to go to Heritage Hyundai in Towson. Stan G. immediately came over to help us. He was very knowledgable about the car and its features. He spent quite a bit of time telling us the different options available. He was also very patient and understanding our situation and how we wanted to handle the trade in and financing. The dealer did not have the exact car we wanted, however Stan quickly found what we wanted at another dealership and arranged for it to be brought to us. Great buying experience at Heritage Hyundai

I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Bristol J.. Each time I bought from Heritage Hyundai Bristol made should I understood… exactly what I was getting. He was very knowledgeable on all the different features on the Sonata. I did not feel pressured and am confident that I received the best possible price for each of the vehicles. After I purchased my Sonata back in July two months later I had some questions regarding the mobility program. I was impressed on just how helpful Bristol was even after I had bought the car. I have bought a total of three cars from Heritage in the past four years and will continue to go there for many more years to come.
