    Leased a Highlander from Darcars. Ethan and Emerson C. made this process the easiest experience. Buying/Leasing a car can be very stressful , but not from these two gentlemen. Emailed inquiry received a response within a couple hours. Went to dealership and was not pressured. Ethan and Emerson were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Would definitely return to Darcars.

    Had a great car buying experience here. The car salesman, Amadou B., went above and beyond what expected. He was very straight forward with the pice and what to expect from each model. He came in on his day off to take care of me at the dealership. Not only he came during his off days he even came in 4 hours early to prep my car and get it ready for me to take it off the lot. Customer service surpasses anything I have ever seen.

    Had to get my vehicle serviced. Lorrine was with me the whole way through the process even up to having to trade my vehicle in. She walked me over to the sales floor, made recommendations, and encouraged me to do the best thing for me, my wallet, and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your AMAZING customer service:)!

    My Wife and Me are happy with our new toyota corolla le plus. the buying experience was easy, we got a e price. the sales person Amadou B. called us. i told him the car, colour and what price we wanted to pay before we take a test drive. we got a good price over the phone , we got to the dealer at 8pm. the car was in transit so it would take a few days to get it. we agreed took a test drive simler car toyota le plus, my wife liked it so much, we told Amadou, he spoke to the manager , agreed to the difference and we were out the door by 10.45pm. need to buy a car contact Amadou B. he will take care of you.

    This is a very good dealership and the sales person MR A. was very helpful. He was helpful in guiding us through the purchase and was very kind to give us all information pertaining the vehicle. He also gave us a very competitive price , i would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr A.'s service to anyone who is looking for a good deal and wants to get the best service

    Sam Santrisi is a seasoned salesperson but new to dar cars. He went above and beyond excellent customer service. We were comparison shopping and intended on buying the ford focus. Sam negotiated a price on a new toyota corolla that we could not refuse. He was straight forward, engaging, respectful, no pressure and very informative. It was honestly a great experience!

    I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Darcars Toyota in silver spring. Abdoul N. assisted me with providing outstanding and respectful customer service. i truly like Toyota Darcar and highly recomend them. Abdoul i am not sure if you have an excesses to this but Thank you for making me happy with your companey. and i will see you again soon with my other car :-).

    The "team" that my family and I dealt with at DARCARS Toyota was Abdullah T., Shahadatur R., and Wahab L. First of all, all 3 gentlemen are good with people, as I suppose having good social skills is a requirement for the industry. Secondly, my purchasing experience was over a two-day period because I had my toddler with me. If you're in the market for a car, be prepared to spend not one or two hours but several hours buying the car, even if you know exactly which car it is. All I needed was a vehicle to drive back and forth to school with, and one that I could depend on, since my son would be in the backseat from time to time. While speaking with both my father and my brother, Mr T. quickly found the best solution for my personal needs: leasing the vehicle. He made sure to have me print out my school transcript and not only simplified the process but made sure we were happy with our decision overall. There was no pushing or pressure at all. I can say the same about Mr R. In fact, by the end of my purchasing experience here, I felt as if Mr R. was an uncle or part of the family, mainly because of his sincerely warm and laid back behavior. When I said I wanted a base model, no cruise control, no fancy radio or whatever, there was no second-guessing or pushing of different models. He answered every single one of each one of our questions (as I said, we were there as a family,we were in a rush, we were a tough crowd to please) and even made sure that I made use of the time spent waiting for Mr L.'s paperwork by creating a service account for me and making my first appointment for the new car. He gave me a tour of the place including the service area and what was truly nice was how others at the dealership greeted me---it was very sincere. Big smiles, handshakes, and congrats---you would've thought I had just bought the ritziest model on their lot, OR that they were just geniunely happy with Toyotas and being a part of the Toyota family. Mr L.'s paperwork process was as quick as it could possibly get and it still took a long time overall which is the only reason I gave the buying process 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I was frowning and pouting and sighing because it was my son's bed time (why bring him there in the first place though, right?) and all of my immaturity was greeted with total professionalism and sincere interest in my well-being. We rushed everyone, all three people on the DARCARS Toyota team, and in return we really were met with patience, diligence, and a push to do everything to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I really look forward to taking my car in for its first service appointment. There's a children's play area in their waiting area that my son would probably want to go to right now if he had a say in the matter! Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota. We initially wanted to buy a Toyota-certified automobile but realized that the difference between a Toyota certified and new vehicle was only a few thousand dollars---and we ended up leasing anyway, which is not something we would've come up with on our own. Many thanks to Mr's R., T. and L. on making sure my needs were met. The car is far beyond what I needed, and I am very happy with the purchase. This is actually the first review I have ever written for any product or service I have bought---so hopefully that should show you how pleased I personally am with them overall.

    This is my second time to purchase a Toyota from Darcars Silver Spring. And Mr. Rod D. got another deal for me today, this time is a pre-owned Toyota though, as always he presented a professional and satisfying buying experience. Wish every sales would be like him. Looking forward to doing business again with Darcars.

    I recent purchase a Toyota Corolla S at Darcars of Silver Spring, My Sales Consultant were Kadeem R., This young Man were Great.... i would and had to buy again will do my business at Darcars. Everyone was very polite and extreme helpful.

    I came in today to get an oil change and was helped by a service personnel named Edbyn L. He was very helpful with answering questions and very easy to work with. I'm usually not a big fan of coming in to get maintenance done but he made it really easy and simple. Seriously got me in and out with no problems. Thanks to the fast and great work I'll definitely be coming here for all my maintenance and will recommend him to all of my friends and family. Great guy will definitely be back soon

    Wow!!! What a great car buying experience. I love my new Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid and Darcars Toyota was pleasure to deal with. Everyone from my General Sales Manager, Constantin Nicorescu to the finance department was very helpful. I was very pleased with the quality of professionalism and work ethics that was received on the purchase of our car from Constantin. He was very friendly and honest with us. This is my 5th car buying experience and the process was by far the seamless one so far. I did a lot of research to find my next car. After 6 weeks I look back and I am glad I did. The Camry Hybrid XLE fit all of my requirements. Yes I could have bought a flashier car, but why? This one has the comfort, looks and style of a top notch car with Toyota's reliability. What's not to like. The hybrid function is a real bonus. Not having to fill the tank every week is strange. I easily go 560 miles on a fill. I could easily drive another 60+ without worrying about it. After 6 weeks, I have no second thoughts. I have also traded in a car and they have paid full value for it which made for a good trade in offer on the XLE Hybrid. I was extremely happy that I could get rid of the old car and the hybrid is just a piece of jewelry. I have already recommended friends that bought more cars from Constantin and will continue to recommend because he does a fantastic job of getting you the price you want! Thank you Constantin and Darcars Toyota!

    Darcars Toyota seems to do a decent sell, but! they have a terrible maintenance service. They will wait for your warranty to go off until they will recommend you to have your service complete with them (so they can charge). I bought my car in Feb 2013, and I did my first maintenance without a problem after 6 months, but then in Feb 2014 they told me to wait until I have my 10K miles to have the service done. I mean, we are already 3 months passed, and I have 4 maintenance services for free from the manufacturer, so I expect to have them, and if it is a good progress, then I will buy the package like anyone else. Anyways, they have been prolonging my service, by saying I use synthetic oil, which is true, and that my car does not need any maintenance. So wait, if I take care of my car, that means your company reduces the free manufacturer services? Great! that is a good option for the company to save some buck, but not for the customer, that is why you buy a new car, to have it ready for the years after, to keep it, to sell it, to accessorize it, etc. I am disappointed and sure some heads should roll, I am not waiting for 1 year and a half to have my next maintenance service, and then be charge around $400.00 when all was included. Thank you for your useless service Darcars!

    I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Darcars Toyota in silver spring. Rod D. assisted me with providing all the required information I wanted and asked for. The pricing was straight forward. No tricks played. I was never rushed to make a decision like many other sales people out there. I am impressed with how Rod was able to assist a lot of customers in a timely and professional manner. He made sure every thing was taken care of even thought it was very late in the night and left home only after making sure that finance department received my paper work. Finance Manager John D. did an excellent job in making the paper work process as quick and painless as possible as it was already an exhausting evening for me. Next day both John and Rod followed up with me to make sure everything is alright and quicken the process of having accessories installed on my new Camry. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend Darcars Toyota Silver Spring to my friends. I would highly recommend speaking to Rod D. as he will make sure you have a great car buying experience.

    From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was treated as royalty. The staff and service here is great! Speacial thanks to Tammy, Christopher, and my sales person Chris. They got me in and out with no problems.

    I bought a car form this Ricky Zollicoffer at this dealership one month ago. I got a good price which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, they weren't honest with me about a 2nd key. It was missing and Ricky swore it would turn up if I gave him time. This car is Certified Preowned so my expectation is that i would get the 2nd key. I went back to the dealer 1 week after purchase and picked up a missing owner's manual other info promised to me. But after 30 days still no key, Finally Ricky called today and admitted there was no 2nd key. He offerred me an employee discount on a 2nd key which i think is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
