I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Darcars Toyota in silver spring. Rod D. assisted me with providing all the required information I wanted and asked for. The pricing was straight forward. No tricks played. I was never rushed to make a decision like many other sales people out there. I am impressed with how Rod was able to assist a lot of customers in a timely and professional manner. He made sure every thing was taken care of even thought it was very late in the night and left home only after making sure that finance department received my paper work. Finance Manager John D. did an excellent job in making the paper work process as quick and painless as possible as it was already an exhausting evening for me. Next day both John and Rod followed up with me to make sure everything is alright and quicken the process of having accessories installed on my new Camry. It was a wonderful experience.
