DARCARS Toyota of Silver Spring

My wife and I purchased a Toyota Prius from Darcars Toyota of Silver Spring last week. Our sales rep was Darryl J. and the manager we dealt with was Eric J. Both of them are an asset to Darcars and the follow up of the sales rep Darryl is the reason for this review. Most Dealerships take your money and run, but Darryl shined a light on our experience that set a new standard from the previous car purchases we have made. Darcars, I hope you are grooming him to be a future manager, because he represents your company well. I run my own successful business, but I can always use someone of his caliber. He is articulant, curtious, intelligent, and a definite gem to any growing business. His product knowledge and representation of Darcars was outstanding. My wife noticed a small scratch on the car a couple of days after the purchase and Darryl offered to pick our car up and leave his car for a few hours to have the Prius's scratch buffed at no cost. We even noticed the gas level increased when he returned. He truly gets customer service. I will be referring friends, family, and my entire 60 plus staff of employees to Darcars largely due to his single efforts and the entire Darcars experience. -Jim
