I know nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, about cars and am weary of dealerships. In an ideal world, some magical… person would have figured it out for me - unfortunately, that was not real life. So, I sucked it up, called the dealership and made an appointment. Thank goodness, I was appointed to Karen H. as my sales agent. Karen was wonderful! Prior to my arrival, she took the time to research the vehicles I was interested in with the context of my budget, must-haves and desires. She had everything arranged when I arrived and was ready for a test drive and productive situation. We were not able to find what I wanted immediately, but she was undeterred and continued to work on over the course of the next couple of weeks. Suffice to say, she pulled off a miracle and secured everything I wanted and more with an amazing vehicle at an extraordinary price. I am extremely grateful to Karen and will highly recommend her to anyone and everyone I know looking for a BMW. 2019 BMW X5 - Great Buying Experience

Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me informed at every step of the manufacturing process. Every time I walked into BMW he… greeted be with a smile and was there to answer my questions and concerns. The sales manager Mike Bolgar was also very helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile along with Scott. I will be buying all my future cars from Scott. Professional and Seamless Start to Finish

While all of the employees I encountered were highly professional, Max Moyer stood out from the group, and he was exceptional every step of the way. Max was always… proactive, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about both BMWs overall, and my model in particular. He made very helpful recommendations, and assisted me in ordering a vehicle that exactly met my needs and wants. Most impressive was his ability to anticipate everything that was required during the purchase, and to always be ready and one step ahead of the process, including using the USAA Car Buying Service. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, from modest to luxury vehicles, and Max is the best, most professional dealer I have ever worked with. His terrific interpersonal skills and no-pressure attitude kept me at BMW of Silver Spring rather than seeking out another dealer. Max made all the difference. I also appreciated being introduced to the service Director, finance manager, and others at the dealership, all of whom were terrific. This was a first-class experience. Mrs. Herbert (aka Mrs. Karen) is one of the most warmest and kindest and smartest people I have ever met! She has been in this industry for 27 years and she truly… knows BMW and is truly passionate about taking good care of her clients! She puts their interest first! This BMW dealership is truly one of the best out there. I felt they truly cared about me as well as my needs and concerns right off the bat which made my experience especially so different compared to other dealerships I have gone too. Mrs. Herbert worked very diligently and also advocated for me to get the best deal out there and I ended up with a brand new BMW! Also, having several concerns, including medical, Mrs. Karen listened to my needs and helped me to find the most perfect car and SUV! The seats are soo comfortable, the car drives GREAT and I truly could not ask for more! The price of my car was also exceptional and I thank the entire staff here, especially Mr. JC, Mr. Gluck, and Mr. Allen, and the warm front desk staff who greeted me and made sure my family was okay while we were there. There were also other staff who helped me too and cleaned my car and put new mats on the car floor for me. There are just so many people here I would like to thank... The car buying experience here truly became more then what one would think . Working with this dealership truly wasn’t an average experience and Mrs. Herbert made me feel as if I gained another family member! I will NEVER buy another car anywhere else. Salesperson Karen was easy to work with, understood my needs and what was necessary to make this deal happen for the new 2019 BMW X5. Karen listened, answered my questions and took the… time to explain the details of the deal order so I understood completely. The deal was better than expected, car was cleaned & prepped, ready as needed. There is also a Tech (MiKial) that was helpful in explaining the car systems. Seamless Experience!

I submitted an inquiry and was contacted by Karen Herbert who assured me… that the vehicle was still there and I could come down for a test drive. I canât say enough about Karen! She was outstanding! No sales ploys, no pressure, no manipulative tactics and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Just great, helpful service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in the next day. Karen was originally scheduled to be off, but came in the next day to accommodate me.
