The experience at BMW of Silver Spring was great.. Salesperson Karen was easy to work with, understood my needs and what was necessary to make this deal happen for the new 2019 BMW X5. Karen listened, answered my questions and took the time to explain the details of the deal order so I understood completely. The deal was better than expected, car was cleaned & prepped, ready as needed. There is also a Tech (MiKial) that was helpful in explaining the car systems. I would highly recommend Karen and her dealership to all interested in BMWs.
