I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service, knowledge, and assistance that everyone at the Mile One BMW Silver Spring, MD Dealership provided. I worked very closely with Max Moyer over a few weeks (via email and phone) before I went in to purchase our first BMW. Max was excellent to work with from the start, always making himself available, answering all of our questions, never putting any pressure on us to purchase, and continued to let us know that if there wasn't something that we were happy with, that they'd continue to work with us to find what we were looking for.
