BMW of Silver Spring

My lease on my prior BMW was ending, and I had absolutely no idea what I was going to do or how I was going to do it. I know nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, about cars and am weary of dealerships. In an ideal world, some magical person would have figured it out for me - unfortunately, that was not real life. So, I sucked it up, called the dealership and made an appointment. Thank goodness, I was appointed to Karen H. as my sales agent. Karen was wonderful! Prior to my arrival, she took the time to research the vehicles I was interested in with the context of my budget, must-haves and desires. She had everything arranged when I arrived and was ready for a test drive and productive situation. We were not able to find what I wanted immediately, but she was undeterred and continued to work on over the course of the next couple of weeks. Suffice to say, she pulled off a miracle and secured everything I wanted and more with an amazing vehicle at an extraordinary price. I am extremely grateful to Karen and will highly recommend her to anyone and everyone I know looking for a BMW. Thank you Karen!
