BMW of Silver Spring

I learned of the BMW of Silver Spring by searching the internet for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I submitted an inquiry and was contacted by Karen Herbert who assured me that the vehicle was still there and I could come down for a test drive. I can’t say enough about Karen! She was outstanding! No sales ploys, no pressure, no manipulative tactics and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Just great, helpful service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in the next day. Karen was originally scheduled to be off, but came in the next day to accommodate me. This was my first experience with BMW of Silver Spring and I must say I’m beyond pleased with the service provided and my purchase!
