I was very pleased with buying a car from bmw of Silver Spring, MD. Karen, my client advisor Karen Herbert, was very personable and trustworthy. She is a very nice young lady and I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her for the purchase of a BMW. Everyone that I conducted business with, including the business and finance managers, were very kind and professional.
