I came in for the 100K service and the team did a great job of informing me of the costs (and) items that I'd already taken care of previously. It saved me some dollars which was much appreciated. In… addition, the take-in and check-out processes were easy and the service tech (Thomas) was really friendly. I waited while the car was serviced and worked in the customer area - enjoyed the coffee and wi-fi.Your compliments and kind words mean so much to us and our team, William! I was impressed at their speed and ability to respond to an unexpected engine problem with my car. We did not have an appointment, but when we called to… describe the problem, the service staff was reassuring and helped us arrange towing and had the car fixed within twenty-four hours. My advisor Rich, was absolutely amazing. Welcoming , honest,… transparent, knowledgeable and consistently kept me up to date with my services , while assuring my comfort in the overall process . I always know I’m in good and honest hands from the moment I arrive and until my departure.
