  • I left in tears!

    I was excited to buy my teen daughter her first car. I carefully chose a used 2012 Kia optima that was listed for $8995. Decide to test drive and agreed to move forward with purchase. After 2 hours of negotiation with banks due to being an older vehicle, financing was not as easy but finally got an approval. I was presented with payment amount and term then asked to sign in agreement. Finally made it over to finance department where I was in the middle of signing paperwork when I realized how close I was to signing an extended warranty I never agreed to that would cost me an additional 2k!!! I stopped her and asked why that was added if I never agreed to any add-ons! She replied “ it’s not going to cost you anything extra, you’re payment will stay the same!!” I said, No I don’t want it so she snatched the paper and began printing a new bill of sale when I looked at it I realized the car price was $10,995. I stopped her again and asked her why that amount? She then got the car salesman to come and attempt to explain that it was a “added bank fee” I said that doesn’t make sense to me and I’m starting to not feel good about this.. I need the bank phone number to clarify this information! That’s when everything went completely crazy! The finance lady lost it and was extremely rude to me!! I felt like I was going to explode as I’m trying to explain my concern and they are refusing to give me a phone number to call.. they were talking over me and turned into a complete disaster.. I just grabbed my purse and left as tears just started to drop.. worst experience ever!!!

    The service is out of this world! Alyssa hooked me up with the most perfect car that fit all of my needs. Andrew (manager) was very pleasant as well to work with. I walked out with a 2020 Grand Cherokee and am completely and utterly obsessed!! Will for sure bring friends and family here when they are in the market for a vehicle. Make an appointment btw, it gets busy!

    Seems I am not the only one that had the price change from the listing. I drove 200 miles to test drive a Jeep listed for 11,999. When it came time for the final numbers it was over 15 grand, and that doesn’t include the 500 dollar deposit I would leave to get the financing finished at my Credit Union. When I called the manager on my way back home he sincerely sounded surprised that happened. Then again, I never received a call back from him when he told me he had to check what happened. Long story short, save a trip, shop somewhere that has honor.

  • Extended warranty problem

    I went to look at the 2015 Murano they had on the web for $15,576.00 . I told them I was coming in to drive it. When I asked what the totAl price would be after the taxes and fees, they told me that $22,000.00 would let me drive it home. I asked why I had to pay an additional seven thousand ,they me that it was for the extended warranty. I said to take it off,I didn't want it. They said all dealers do it and that they needed to make some money on the car. They told me that their final price was $19,000.00. So the car was more than three thousand over the sale price. I put my sweater on and walked out. Too bad, it was a nice car. I'm sure someone stupid will buy it!

    I am very pleased with my experience at Napleton’s Dealership! I worked with Kyle, Rafal, and Razzak. Everyone was extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offered me a deal for leasing a 2020 Jeep Cherokee that no other dealership could come close to. I feel confident in my decision to work with this dealership and I would recommend going there if you want a great deal and excellent service!

    Do not buy cars from this dealer ship. they scammed me. they advertised dodge charger 2020 from 41k reduced to 33k. I signed every paper work and brought the car back from dealer and noticed they put 39K in my sales contract. I am taking car back to them in the morning.

    Alyssa. She was an amazing, wonderful, cheerful, and had a vast amount of patience. She was outstanding. Words are hard to describe how well she was able to sell the a car to me. The car we we were looking at wasn’t on the lot, it was like 5 blocks away so she drove back and forth, picking out multiple different cars. If I were to buy another car, without a doubt I would go back to her and purchase a car from her!

  • Be very careful

    I recently leased my second Jeep from Napleton and should have known better. The previous lease went badly but I went back as the dealership is conveniently located. They looked up when my lease was to end and they agreed to pay the last 2 months and I would turn my vehicle in early to get into a new one. To my surprise, I received 2 additional bills for my old lease as there were actually 4 months left on my lease. Shame on me for not double checking but I trusted them since I leased it from them. When I found out about the additional payments I called to speak with the GM and explained the situation. Side note, I had to chase them to get the check for what they agreed to pay and it took over a month to get it from the date of the deal. After speaking with the same GM who helped me get the reimbursement for the money he said he would look into what happened and would get back to me. I have since called back 6 times and no one will return my call. I would caution everyone to double check everything and make sure that they follow through with everything they agree to do. This experience cost me to pay for 2 leases at the same time. Again, shame on me for allowing this to happen and shame on them for being so unprofessional.

    I stopped in to check out a newer wrangler and was assigned Pedro as my salesman. This guy was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Even when I was about to walk out after I had a disagreement with one of the managers, Pedro worked out a deal to keep my business. If it wasn't for him, I would have left for a local dealer and may have left a one star review. A big thank you to Pedro for making my car buying quick and easy. I love this new Wrangler and can't wait to build her up... ps not Pedro's fault, but I was disappointed fiance ran my credit 6 times after I asked them not to. Alain P

  • Dishonest and Misleading

    If Yelp had a 0 star option, this would be the place that deserves it. The way this dealership does business is very misleading and dishonest. My brother and I contacted the dealership to inquire info on a wrangler. After speaking to one of their staff, Brooklyn, she informed us that there was no destinational fee or any "add-ons". We informed her that we would be coming from out of state and she assured us that they have the best prices within a 200 mile radius. On arrival, we were greeted by another sales representative opposed to Brooklyn (whom we've been in contact with). Instead of paying the agreed listed price on their website, we were told there was a destinational fee of $1495 and a mandatory safety pack $2450 that the dealer forces all owners to purchase. We informed the sales manager, Mario of what was stated by Brooklyn regarding no additional fees; Mario never once apologized for the misleading information nor followed up with her. It was very untrustworthy and my overall experience was unpleasant. They were aware that we were coming from out of state and seemed certain we weren't going home empty handed. My brother ended up purchasing the vehicle despite how frustrating the situation was. We would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Please be cautious and mindful of their sales tactics.

    I worked with Ryan Gannon on finding a new vehicle for my family. He was knowledgeable and patient as I made multiple visits to the dealership to test drive a variety of vehicles. After much deliberation and a long day with terrible weather I purchased a new 2020 Ram 1500. The deal could not have been made if it wasn't for Ryan working tirelessly to get me the best price. I will definitely be shopping at Napeleton's again and I highly recommend the dealership to anyone in the market. The vehicle selection is huge and the prices are hard to beat.

  • Do Not Buy A Used Vehicle Here!!

    I recently purchased a used 2017 Super Duty for this dealership and am extremely disappointed in the quality of the vehicle. I’m pretty sure nobody at this dealership even went through this vehicle to make sure everything was working properly because I have had nothing but problems. I was promised a new mirror to replace the broken one- Napelton never followed through with that, even after asking multiple times about it later on. Turn out the computer system was unplugged and not allowing updates for the navigation system or the USB ports to function (which was discovered when I had a Ford service department look for the issue). There are warning lights that have been going off that I have now brought the truck in on 5 occasions to figure out what the problem is and have yet to find it. I have spent over $3,000 on parts to try to find an issue that should have never been allowed to occur on a vehicle being sold by a dealership. ABS faults, hill assist fault, hill descent control faults, 911 assist faults, navigation faults. All around nightmare. The tires had no pressure sensors and one had a leak. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

  • Horrible experience

    I went in a few months ago to purchase a vehicle here and the sales floor was pretty much empty of salespeople. I was standing near a car I wanted to test drive for nearly an hour. Is it maybe they are firing everyone for no reason? Or they can’t hire anyone else to fill this simple role? Whatever the case may be it really is unbelievable how long I had to wait. Going through the process after wait in the ghost town of people, the salesperson was rude the entire time and seemed like he was only focused on his commission rather than helping me find a “right fit” car. I drove many challengers in my years and I didn’t even get to test drive the one I wanted first! My brother has been coming to this dealership for years and I tell you that I, or my family, will not be returning. The management of this dealership is in chaos and until they fix their “dictatorship”, I will not be back.
