    I purchased my 2024 Tucson and 2024 Palisade from here in Nov. and must say I’ll give it 5 Stars so far. Love the car, love the features. and love Autonation Hyundai savannah team. I was in and out in 2 hours which I love, and even better was the lounge with different amenities to make your stay while waiting for your car comfortable.

  • Great sales team, poor service

    The service I initially received when looking for a newer vehicle and eventually purchasing my Santa Cruz from your dealership with the help of Mr. Blackman was outstanding. However, my last few visits dealing with your service department has not been the same pleasant experience. My last service appointment was scheduled for around 230 in the afternoon. Noone even started to work on my vehicle until after 5pm. I only know for sure that the tires were removed since I was able to see my vehicle on the lift. I cannot say for sure the oil was actually changed since the maintenance reminder was not reset in my vehicle. To be honest I am just waiting for my service contract to end so I can look for a better place to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

  • 2024 Hyundai Tucson Review

    After putting one tank of gas through it we can say it's Hyundai perfect. Everything works well, fit and finish are superb, and drive train is much improved over a 2016 Santa Fe we traded in on it. I'd like to say we got a good deal on it, but it was one of the first 24s to show up at the dealership, so we had to bargain for a high demand car. Everything worked out and they even got me a very good deal on financing. Bottom line: my wife is extremely happy!

  • 8 weeks to diagnose fire

    2018 sonata caught fire! Towed to dealer auto nation savannah. Took 7 weeks to just do diagnoses and found starter motor/solenoid shorted and caught fire! Took the 8th week to replace both items car came back with grey leather driver did brown with oil/ grease!

    My car was towed to the and was in the shop for almost three months ,because the engine was shaking and then the sales person informs me that I have a nail in my tire. The tires was fine when it was towed there. I could not get anyone on the phone and went up there on three different occasions before I finally was able to get my car back. The service phones are not being answered. I was out of transportation for those months. My engine was a recall and then I ended up being informed that I l have to pay for new belts or they would put old belts on a new engine.

    I have been car shopping and after weeks of searching cars online and visiting other dealerships with no hope, we drove to AutoNation Hyundai. We were looking at the cars on the lot when we were approached by Austin McKendree. He asked if there was anything that he could help us with, so we started chatting with him. He asked us to come inside so that we could talk about our wants/needs for a vehicle. He was extremely personable and made sure that we had the best deal possible. In an economy with insane interest rates, we were able to secure a 3.75% interest rate and buy our new vehicle. The other dealerships that we visited said that under 5% on a new car is unheard of today. I am extremely pleased with the service that we received from AutoNation's staff and would definitely recommend to our family and friends.     I was driving to work & my car broke down on the Highway. It's like one of those moments that you are totally unprepared to respond to because you feel so helpless. The Team at the Autonation Savannah Hyundai was able to check the care out when it arrived, determine the problem & then get it resolved quickly.   • Long Wait time

    I had an appointment at 0730 for an Oil change. I didn't leave the Service department until 12. Seems like 4 and a half hours is a very long time for an oil change. I think maybe you guys could find a new way to streamline the service to make it faster. Other than that the Service people were very nice. In addition when you check the fluid levels I assumed you would add the fluids, i.e. transmission fluid, and brake fluid, especially if it low. i guess that is an additional charge and they send us on our way so we can do it ourselves. Don't you think this maybe a safety issue?

    Complaint Details I took two of my Hyundai Genesis to the Auto Nations for basic service on my vehicles in March of this year. I tried several times to contact the service manager at the store and asked if he could return my call about my concern but I didn't get a call back. Later I contacted the Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale to ask for assistance but up to this point no one has gotten back with me. I took both of my vehicles in for a routine oil change and tire rotations after getting my vehicle back I discovered that two my tires were flat so I contacted the service department ask what happened and why wasn't my tire issue brought to my attention. I also asked a service representative to check to see if I had a warranty on my tires that I purchased from them but no one took time to find out. I took my vehicle to another tire store to replace my tires and was told that the tires were below standards. My other concern with Auto Nation is that when I brought my vehicle to them in the past they did a through inspection and the representative made me aware of any issues that need immediate attention and things that could wait until the next visit. In this case I wasn't told my tires were bad no was informed that I should replace them. My wife and I could have been seriously injured riding around on bad tires. The dealership ownership has changed 3 times in past 5 years I don't know if this has anything to do with the service they currently offer but I've not had this type of issues in my 9 years of going to this locations on Abercorn Street, in Savannah, GA. The service manager didn't take time to call me back nor did the home office see where my concern was important. My issues is that I have Hyundai Genesis and there's no other dealership close by that I can take my vehicles to for services. All I want them to do is to make sure they do their jobs, and return my call to see how to move forward with my vehicles. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Contact by the business None Provided From the Business on Monday, July 31, 2023 Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. I called Headquarters and the local dealership service department but no one took time to contact me about my concerns. AutoNations response is below "However, it seems that the customer has not visited AutoNation Hyundai Savannah's service department since January 2023". Thank you.

  • Service maintenance appointment

    Service manger was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I had an excellent experience having my Sante Fe serviced. I dropped the car in the morning, I was told the car would be ready early afternoon. At 1:30 I got a call saying my car was ready. Everything was covered under my Warranty. My car was washed and ready when I arrived to get it.

  • Oil chg & maintenance check

    It is crazy that I arrived on time at my 9:30am appointment for routine oil chg & maintenance and wait for 3 hours for work to be completed. 3 hours for an oil change is unreasonable! One hour tops I would consider reasonable.

    Went in for a service recall. My service advisor was Melissa. She was professional, attentive, and courteous. The waiting area clean and comfortable. It was a good experience that I am not accustomed to receiving at a car dealership.

  • Warranty and service scheduling follow up is awful

    2 Manufacturer recalls Trunk latch- told it would be 6 months till parts could be located and scheduled for service back in November 2022. I purchased on Rockauto and fixed in 10m minutes White Sonata Paint recall- peeling roof. getting the run around since Nov 22. Finally instructed from Savnnah location to schedule with Hilton Head loaction. They've told me overbooked and won't. Neither will allow 3rd party to repair/paint. Now on 8 months after multiple site visits and service calls with no resolution.
