Warranty and service scheduling follow up is awful

on2 Manufacturer recalls Trunk latch- told it would be 6 months till parts could be located and scheduled for service back in November 2022. I purchased on Rockauto and fixed in 10m minutes White Sonata Paint recall- peeling roof. getting the run around since Nov 22. Finally instructed from Savnnah location to schedule with Hilton Head loaction. They've told me overbooked and won't. Neither will allow 3rd party to repair/paint. Now on 8 months after multiple site visits and service calls with no resolution.
