Dealership Service Review
Complaint Details I took two of my Hyundai Genesis to the Auto Nations for basic service on my vehicles in March of this year. I tried several times to contact the service manager at the store and asked if he could return my call about my concern but I didn't get a call back. Later I contacted the Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale to ask for assistance but up to this point no one has gotten back with me. I took both of my vehicles in for a routine oil change and tire rotations after getting my vehicle back I discovered that two my tires were flat so I contacted the service department ask what happened and why wasn't my tire issue brought to my attention. I also asked a service representative to check to see if I had a warranty on my tires that I purchased from them but no one took time to find out. I took my vehicle to another tire store to replace my tires and was told that the tires were below standards. My other concern with Auto Nation is that when I brought my vehicle to them in the past they did a through inspection and the representative made me aware of any issues that need immediate attention and things that could wait until the next visit. In this case I wasn't told my tires were bad no was informed that I should replace them. My wife and I could have been seriously injured riding around on bad tires. The dealership ownership has changed 3 times in past 5 years I don't know if this has anything to do with the service they currently offer but I've not had this type of issues in my 9 years of going to this locations on Abercorn Street, in Savannah, GA. The service manager didn't take time to call me back nor did the home office see where my concern was important. My issues is that I have Hyundai Genesis and there's no other dealership close by that I can take my vehicles to for services. All I want them to do is to make sure they do their jobs, and return my call to see how to move forward with my vehicles. I called Headquarters and the local dealership service department but no one took time to contact me about my concerns. AutoNations response is below "However, it seems that the customer has not visited AutoNation Hyundai Savannah's service department since January 2023". Thank you.
