Dealership Service Review
The service I initially received when looking for a newer vehicle and eventually purchasing my Santa Cruz from your dealership with the help of Mr. Blackman was outstanding. However, my last few visits dealing with your service department has not been the same pleasant experience. My last service appointment was scheduled for around 230 in the afternoon. Noone even started to work on my vehicle until after 5pm. I only know for sure that the tires were removed since I was able to see my vehicle on the lift. I cannot say for sure the oil was actually changed since the maintenance reminder was not reset in my vehicle. To be honest I am just waiting for my service contract to end so I can look for a better place to have my vehicle serviced in the future.
