Long Wait time

onI had an appointment at 0730 for an Oil change. I didn't leave the Service department until 12. Seems like 4 and a half hours is a very long time for an oil change. I think maybe you guys could find a new way to streamline the service to make it faster. Other than that the Service people were very nice. In addition when you check the fluid levels I assumed you would add the fluids, i.e. transmission fluid, and brake fluid, especially if it low. i guess that is an additional charge and they send us on our way so we can do it ourselves. Don't you think this maybe a safety issue?
