onMy car was towed to the and was in the shop for almost three months ,because the engine was shaking and then the sales person informs me that I have a nail in my tire. The tires was fine when it was towed there. I could not get anyone on the phone and went up there on three different occasions before I finally was able to get my car back. The service phones are not being answered. I was out of transportation for those months. My engine was a recall and then I ended up being informed that I l have to pay for new belts or they would put old belts on a new engine.
