    The svc manager that I worked with Courtney, was great to deal with. The main issue I had was the parts charges that they were charging were significantly higher than their sister location that I would have been able to have purchased from direct. The dealerships svc manager (Courtney’s boss) did call and explained that the parts I saw were at a wholesale price. After speaking direct to the other dealer, they confirmed that I could purchase them at the price online. The Toyota dealership did reduce the price down some but would have been nice to have just been honest about it upfront. Unfortunately I was broken down and 600+ miles from my home and felt like I was taken advantage of had I not done the research. Shop around for pricing before settling with their price.

    The staff is courteous from time of arrival until you leave. They took the time to explain what was done and the update on my vehicle. I have always completed my wait way ahead of the estimated time. Waiting room is clean and comfortable.

    This is my 2nd experience, as I went with my Sailor son to pick up the vehicle when he came back from overseas duty. He was happy so I decided to give them a try as well. I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my circumstances. Max assisted me the first day and was with a client when I returned, so he asked Kevin to assist me. Kevin took time to listen to me and answered all my questions. He can tell you I had more than a few! Since it is a used vehicle, I wanted to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed for what I can afford. Ricardo was my finance guy and made sure to offer me a warranty to fit my needs as well. Winston made sure I had an extra key that I will no doubt need at some point, lol. My overall experience was fantastic and I would refer anyone to try them out!

    Going to the car dealership for service can sometimes mean hassle or upcharges. Thats why I appreciate the kind team at Thornton Road! They give me honest information about services that need to be done or can wait, and are able to tell me pricing upfront. Really appreciate the team at Toyota Thornton Road, its further of a drive for me but I highly recommend them for any and all Toyota service!

    I got great customer service from the service advisor. The maintenance service took quite a bit longer than the service advisor had estimated (almost two hours when I was given an estimate of 45 minutes), but the advisor was courteous, professional, and informative.

    I had 3 services planned. When I arrived 10:15am I asked approximatly how much would it take. I did not get answer. But i was promised he would check and let me know. In about 1 hr representative came and told me he doesnt know time. At 12:00 i saw that my car was parked already outside (i am not sure when it was parked). Which means car was ready. I went to representative and asked gim to give me key so I could go. He said he needs to do paperwork and to wait. I observed that representative was serving other costumers or walkeing around. After waiting another half hr i went again to him and finally he did 2 minutes “pperwork” and gave me my car keys. It seems that my time is neglected. That i took off time from work where i am looosing salary to wait for what - i did not inderstand. Why my car was sitting there ready half hr or more (i did not see maybe it was there 1 hour) and not to do 2 min clicks - because of this i had to soend my time waiting over half hr. I will never come back to this service center again

  • Theft? Or just fraud.

    Is it theft? Or just fraud when a car dealership takes your money and gives you nothing in return? That's what happened to me at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road when dealing with Mamadu Baldem. They sold me a truck with a trailer hitch add on. When it came time to pick it up, no trailer hitch. After getting the run around, I asked for a refund. It's been over a month and I still don't have my money back. He put me in touch with his manager, Carl Davis. Carl never responded to my email. I called Carl. He told me he would call me back later that day. It's been a week. No call. If I could do it over again, I wouldn't give them a dime.

    Diane in Sales and Junior in Financing are awesome. She was very prompt with answering my questions about a 2018 Highlander LE. I had my own financing but Junior was able to secure me a better deal. Diane even followed up a couple of days after I bought the Highlander to see if I had any questions.

    I just bought my new 2021 CHR Nightshade edition and I am supeeeer impressed with the service they provided me. The car was not on the lot but they worked to find me the exact vehicle I wanted! They got me the car quick and the paper work was so smooth. I had already been to 3 dealers before this so I was already tired of the b.s., but they took care of me so well and kept my budget that wanted. Ditch those other dealers and come to this one you won't regret it! Ask for Anthony, Travis, and let my dude Ashfar hook you up with your finances. Absolutely amazing! Tony even set me up with great photos! This is an emotional experience and they understand that and make the experience very stress-free!
