I just purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV 4XLE premium from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road in Lithia Springs Georgia. I receive the finest customer service I have ever been given anywhere at any time in my life!! My sales associate was Ornella MacFarlane. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I had my heart set on at the most fair price, and that I was happy in my complete experience with her and the entire dealership. We were asked if we needed help twice before entering the door, greeted cheerfully within two seconds, and we’ were given breakfast and coffee!! All the associates, Ornella, and every single employee we came into contact with even in passing, showed such respect and gave off the impression that they truly enjoyed working there. I have been so impressed with the quality of my vehicle and the professionalism of this dealership!!!
