Very slow

I had 3 services planned. When I arrived 10:15am I asked approximatly how much would it take. I did not get answer. But i was promised he would check and let me know. In about 1 hr representative came and told me he doesnt know time. At 12:00 i saw that my car was parked already outside (i am not sure when it was parked). Which means car was ready. I went to representative and asked gim to give me key so I could go. He said he needs to do paperwork and to wait. I observed that representative was serving other costumers or walkeing around. After waiting another half hr i went again to him and finally he did 2 minutes “pperwork” and gave me my car keys. It seems that my time is neglected. That i took off time from work where i am looosing salary to wait for what - i did not inderstand. Why my car was sitting there ready half hr or more (i did not see maybe it was there 1 hour) and not to do 2 min clicks - because of this i had to soend my time waiting over half hr. I will never come back to this service center again
