    My experience was fine, the only thing I didn’t like was how long the processes was to file the paperwork. Bre’s attitude and persona was relentless, she went above a beyond to help me with purchasing a new car. She keep my needs satisfied and understood my needs in what I was looking for, she didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want, instead she agreed to my needs and that was that.

    On May 14, I posted an Unhappy/ unsatisfied survey... A few days later I received an email for the general manager and two days after that email I received an email from the director Mr. Phillips, whom I called, after discussing my May 4th service, he offered to rotate my tires which wasn't done during my service and he said he is going to refund me the cost of my service!!! WOW!!!! It's a great feeling knowing management stepped up to the plate and handled their business. Me. Phillips was very apologetic and concerned. There as some companies that really do care about their customers. 🌝

    I recently had a 2:00 pm oil change appointment. I didn't leave until 5:00 pm. I was told it was only going to be 1:30 and no more. When the care was first told to me it was complete by my service representative that was at 4:15 and then he told me I had a tag light out did I want it to be replaced and I said yes. I had to go look for the service rep to find out why is it taking 45min to put in this small bulb that was presented to me to change. He was apologizing and told me my car was ready out side where it was the first time. I proceed to go get my car and it wasn't in the pick up area for customers. He had to go look for the car which happen to be on the other side of the building where they work on the cars. So left there very hot and disappointed with my service on Friday 5/17/19.

    I drove 55 minutes to get to this location, I scheduled a 12:30 PM appointment 2 weeks in advanced, I arrived to there at 12:15 PM I had to walk inside to let the front desk (cashiers) know I was there only for her to be rude in telling me I had to pull my vehicle into the open garage door, as if I knew to do this, as I informed her I'm not from here and this is my first time her. As for my service they took my money and they did NOT rotate my tires and for all I know the didn't change my oil. My wait time was 2.5 hours (with an appointment) just for and oil change and a tire rotation that was not done. After the service tech Dusty informed me of what they suggest I have done, I sat and waited another 20 minutes for Dusty to bring my vehicle around and bring my paper work to the cashier so I could cash out only to find he was waiting on another customer who just came in. This place was a complete ZOO, standing room only and seems to be not enough mechanics to do the work or they're just unorganized. What's point of making appointments when you have sit for just about 3 hours total wait time like you're a walk in and the work you paid for is not done?!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

  • The worst car buying experience of my life

    I have bought around a dozen cars throughout my life and this was the worst experience. The salesperson herself did a very good job. However when I dealt with Winston in finance, that was a totally different experience. At first, he tried to sell me a 7 year extended warranty that started on 12/12/2015 and ended on 12/12/2022. The date of my purchase was 3/31/2019, so I had only 3 years left on the alleged 7 year warranty. Then he sold me a 5 year extended warranty. Once at home, I changed my mind and wanted a refund on the 5 year warranty. I returned to the dealership on 4/3/2019, but Winston told me my car had not been processed in the system, so the warranty cancellation form was not available yet. Of note, my check for the whole purchase price had been cleared from my bank on 4/2, so why was my car not processed yet? Winston told me he would email me the warranty cancellation form on 4/5. I waited until 4/15 and called him. He still did not email the form promptly, so I had to talk to Matt the finance manager and to Colin the sales manager for Winston to finally email the form. I have personally delivered the form back to the dealership, and I am waiting to see how long it takes them to refund my money.

    The service tech highly recommended a cabin filter and told me there would be a 50 charge. I agreed to that fee. I asked if they were running on time and they were. My car was completed and I was told the cabin filter was included in the 20kcheck up. A win all ths way around

    First I LOVED that I was sent several emails reminding me of my service for my truck. I was VERY pleased, as I had just arrived back to Atlanta from my trip to Virginia. Then on New Year's Eve I arrived an hour early for my 11 am appointment. As soon as I pulled in several asked if someone was helping me, but I still don't remember either greeting me.lol They were slightly busy, so I didn't mind. I just loved how several asked if someone was helping me. Tabitha was my number one service person, and she did a phenomenal job. I didn't expect to pay $186, but Toyota saw fit to advise that my battery was at 78% and suggested that I go ahead and purchase one so I did. I did not mind waiting at all, as it was only about an hour and a half....GREAT JOB Toyota and thank you so much. See you next time Oh, I did notice that my truck has a kick or something going on, so I'll ask my guy to check it out. I'm sure it's nothing, but better to be safe than sorry.
