Dealership Service Review
I recently had a 2:00 pm oil change appointment. I didn't leave until 5:00 pm. I was told it was only going to be 1:30 and no more. When the care was first told to me it was complete by my service representative that was at 4:15 and then he told me I had a tag light out did I want it to be replaced and I said yes. I had to go look for the service rep to find out why is it taking 45min to put in this small bulb that was presented to me to change. He was apologizing and told me my car was ready out side where it was the first time. I proceed to go get my car and it wasn't in the pick up area for customers. He had to go look for the car which happen to be on the other side of the building where they work on the cars. So left there very hot and disappointed with my service on Friday 5/17/19.
