    Good morning, my sales rep Brad was the only salesman that stepped forward out of 5 guys to help me as soon as I was walking to the show room and sold me the Tundra. Brad knowledge about the Tundra was amazing he knew that vehicle inside & out. It's always great to have a guy like that on your team and If he can work a deal on that new Camry I will pick it up today. lol

    My wife brought her 2013 Toyota Corolla in for service last Friday 9/28/18. They replaced her drive belt and after having her vehicle for hours allowed her to pay hundreds of dollars and take the vehicle home. I come home today Friday 10/5/18 and find a recall postcard sitting in my mailbox for her vehicle. I am beyond mad due to the fact that she just had her vehicle in for service. I call in to the recall hotline and the gentleman that assisted me was trying to be helpful as I was understandably agitated by this situation. I got transferred to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road and got a service agent with a nasty attitude who acted as if I should not be frustrated with the fact that they could happily take my money but not possibly save my wife's life by completing a recall. I will happily take my business elsewhere, out of my way, in order to never give this dealership another dollar. They will complete this FREE service that they should have completed without ever allowing my wife to leave the dealership and I will not be back.

    I had a appointment for 3:30 for maintenance and a battery and it took 2 1/2 hours. My service rep was chatting personally with another rep while my car was finished and I was sitting in the waiting area waiting. Service this time was the worse I have experienced here. Hopefully this doesn't become the norm..

    Brought my truck in twice for same problem. $85 first attempt and waited 5 hours. Second time was told a part was expidited and to come back in two days. Part took three days, was told they were booked and couldn’t see me until 5 days later. Told that they could’ve verify what their representative told me...finally worked me in the next day, 4.5 hour wait when told at most would be 2.5 hours. $700 total and would not take off the $85 that didn’t fix the issue the first time. Told over and over that one person didn’t know what another person had said or done. Hopefully it is fixed now...

    Awful. 15,000 mike warranty. Took 3 hours for rotate tires. And fluid check. They overbook appointments

    The sales department was great. Lou was very helpful and professional from beginning to end. Daniel was also outstanding with the financing. Our experience buying our new Toyota Highlander was very positive and I’m sure we will return to this dealership again and again.

    Not good at all. I accepted the recommended maintenance of an Induction service. Never had this done before, but figured I needed it. My car was done quicker than I expected, however, after leaving and getting closer to home, my car began to act funny. Not accelerating properly, making noises, check engine light came on, etc. I had to bring my car all the way back, I don't live close. Very frustrated, and totally ruined my Saturday plans by making 2 trips to the dealership. Only to find out they didn't properly tighten a part, which makes me think I received a "rush job". Thinking twice about returning..
