From Unsatisfied to Satisfied Customer

On May 14, I posted an Unhappy/ unsatisfied survey... A few days later I received an email for the general manager and two days after that email I received an email from the director Mr. Phillips, whom I called, after discussing my May 4th service, he offered to rotate my tires which wasn't done during my service and he said he is going to refund me the cost of my service!!! WOW!!!! It's a great feeling knowing management stepped up to the plate and handled their business. Me. Phillips was very apologetic and concerned. There as some companies that really do care about their customers. 🌝
