I’m completely dissatisfied with Jim Tidwell Ford service department. I brought my 2018 Mustang in a few weeks back because the check engine light came on. There’s no way that the mechanics in the service department checked my car other than just pulling a code because the light was on. Here I am now two weeks later from picking my car up and my check engine light is back on. This just proves that there was no way that my car was fully looked over when we brought it in for service. We were told that there was a 72 hour wait for some odd reason, I get that however fully check the car when is brought into the service department. I am receiving the same alerts in my FordPass app as when I brought it in a few weeks back. The exact same three errors. Again it just shows that my car was not fully looked over when I brought it in.
