Poor planning
by F150 owner on 05/30/2022My vehicle was in for service due to check engine light on. I couldn’t get the emissions for my tag. This is a 2019 F150 with 32,000 miles and still under warranty. After I brought it in, they told me it would need to stay at least 3 days.… I did not expect that & could not be without my truck for 3 days. They changed the oil thinking that might help, but it didn’t. I had to bring it in again & leave it. I was told that if it was not finished in 3 days, then they would give me a rental. I called on day 4(Thursday) and was told that it was ready, but when I got there, it wasn’t. Crissy had an attitude with me. Then she acted like she didn’t want to give me a rental. I finally was able to get one. But she only approved it for one day & told me that I could only talk to her about it. She called me Friday, told me that it would be ready before the end of the day. Later on Friday, I needed to get the rental back before they closed, I tried to call Crissy & never could get her. I took the rental back & went to Jim Tidwell, but it wasn’t ready & she wasn’t there. Now, I’m without a car & can’t get an answer. I called back Saturday morning & it was finally ready. She was not there & still never called. I am very disappointed in her customer service. I would recommend the dealership, but not the service dept.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Really Jim Tidwell???
by JR on 05/28/2022I buy a brand new F250 with less than 50,000 miles and spend $75,000 and I have to pay for my own rental while having 2-3 days of safety recall work done???. What a joke. [non-[permissible content removed] are so busy trying to save Pennies… you cost yourself dollars by alienating your customers. Gave realistic expectations.

Repair took a little while but due to parts shortage and supply chain problems. Service gave realistic expectations and I was… able to work with them to get at least the most important items fixed in a timely fashion.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience! Simple Service
by B on 05/26/2022I had a oil pan gasket replace for $1072. That is all, just a oil pan gasket. If you know anything about cars oil pan gasket usually run for F150 between $35-$80. Parts. New oil $80 About a 2-3 hour labor cost. So worst case $450 not… $1072.08 to be exact. Be careful.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Recovered well, customer for life

We ended up with a new 22 Expedition as a replacement through Ford.
