Jeremy Smith guided me through ordering my Maverick Hybrid and Teddy Todorov was the consummate sales associate. He kept me posted on the production and anticipated delivery… of the truck and upon delivery, he guided me through the details of the truck and purchasing paperwork. I have bought a number of cars over the years, but this was the most pleasant and satisfying transaction I have ever had. Car dealers that seem to actually care

From the day I ordered the Mach-E until it arrived, they kept me updated, answered all my questions and never… hesitated to show me on the floor models when I stopped in. Good service but…
by Ruth on 01/16/2022Came in got an oil change however the panel underneath the front end of my car fell off!!!! This is the second time the panel fell off when I was driving on highway in 2020— I noticed the panel was kinda low when service person brought me… the car and he said “no” it looks pretty normal… by the time I got my car home the panel had fallen halfway off and was dragging on the ground….. disappointing!Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Not pleased
by J geene on 01/11/2022Sorry to say that I was not pleased with, at times, the service personnel. I asked for call backs and never got them. As far as the service goes, I still don’t know what is wrong with the car. They couldn’t get the car to duplicate the… problem. I’m not blaming them for that. Presently the car is starting as it should. I did not receive paperwork as to what they did. They had the car for 8 days. I finally had to pick it up. JGThank you for bringing this to my attention.
