I would like to compliment Jim Tidwell Ford for the excellent service I consistently receive from Candace Waterman and the service team. Candace has always provided great service. She communicates well and sets clear expectations. She goes out of her way to understand my situation as a single parent/one car household and works hard to make my service visit as easy and affordable as possible. Candace is the reason I continue to use Jim Tidwell Ford after my maintenance contract expired.
