Good service but…

onCame in got an oil change however the panel underneath the front end of my car fell off!!!! This is the second time the panel fell off when I was driving on highway in 2020— I noticed the panel was kinda low when service person brought me the car and he said “no” it looks pretty normal… by the time I got my car home the panel had fallen halfway off and was dragging on the ground….. disappointing!
