    I was attracted to a vehicle I saw online. It was in stock. My salesperson was straightforward and we closed the deal pretty quick. The only thing I didn't like is the sales manager wasn't willing negotiate at all. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

    Great service from Hayley and not just everyone I spoke with but I observed everyone who helped others and there was a genuine concern and care from everyone I observed. Loved getting the compete vehicle report texted to me to read through after service. Took a little longer than originally told but I know they were backed up as many places are right now and they were very accommodating and appreciative of my patience. Keep up the great service!

    Jim Tidwell Ford was the best Ford service provider that I've received in years. I own 2 Ford Mustangs which are my 4th and 5th I have owned so I have used 4 other Ford Dealers for service throughout the years. Jim Tidwell provided very good service. The Service Advisor communicated with me all through the process. I feel that I received the best service and a fair price. Although there are 2 Ford Dealers closer to my house, I will make Jim Tidwell my preferred Ford Service from now on.

    Jonny Streetman was the service adviser for an open recall repair for my 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. He wrote the service, took care of the vehicle, and notified me promptly when completed. In addition, he recommend additional services that could be performed to enhance the performance of an 8+ year old vehicle. Thanks!

  • Car had a nice visit, but wasn't repaired

    My Expedition had a rattle/creaking around the right door. Brought it in on Monday 1/17. Service advisor called me on Tuesday asking for more information, which I provided. On Thursday, 1/20, I was told the technician could not find what was making noise. I picked up the Expedition. When I got in the car the radio was tuned to FM, a talk radio station I don't listen to and the volume was loud. Maybe, that is why the technician could not hear the noise. I wasn't given the opportunity to take a technician on a drive to point out the noise. I hear it every time I drive the vehicle. Why can't they?

  • Friendly help but don't be in a hurry

    Using my Ford Points needed to get my 20k oil change. Went with the package for tire rotation and all the other extras. Advisor inside was great and friendly and helped me even though it should have been an advisor from the bay, but no one was around when I first got there. Luckily I had a lot of time this Saturday, even though scheduled an appointment at 12pm, and arrived early, it took almost 3 hours. Only saw one vehicle ahead of me so not sure what was going on

  • Worst Customer Service I’ve seen in years.

    I arrived at 1:00 for my 1:00 service appointment. No one said a word to me for almost 10 minutes. A young lady sitting at one of the service desks totally ignored me. (I had to drive right past her as I entered the garage.). A young man at a second service desk finally, without getting up, hollered over to ask me if he could help me. I told him I had a 1:09 appointment and he said to give him a minute. He then took my name, found my appointment on his screen and said they weren’t real busy today so they should be able to get me in and out quickly. I was having an oil change and a tire rotation done, referred to as “The Works”. One hour and 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, a very nice, courteous gentleman approached me to let me know my car was ready. That gentleman, who also took my payment was the only indication that anyone in your service department gives a tip about your customers. McDonald’s has better customer service. I have a suggestion. When a customer pulls into your service department, have someone greet them, if even with just a “hello, we’ll be with you shortly”. And then, when one of your service writers finally decided that the customer is more important than the Buddy they were joking with, ask them to walk over to the customer’s car to ask how they can help. I know it’s a novel idea. But, and this will surprise you, it’s the way most car dealerships handle customers. At least the ones they want to come back.

    I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Jim Tidwell Ford. They had the vehicle priced very competitively and they gave me a good price for my trade in. Zero pressure from their F&I department to purchase a warranty but I purchased one anyway. I would buy from them again.
