Friendly help but don't be in a hurry

onUsing my Ford Points needed to get my 20k oil change. Went with the package for tire rotation and all the other extras. Advisor inside was great and friendly and helped me even though it should have been an advisor from the bay, but no one was around when I first got there. Luckily I had a lot of time this Saturday, even though scheduled an appointment at 12pm, and arrived early, it took almost 3 hours. Only saw one vehicle ahead of me so not sure what was going on
