    I scheduled an appointment online to have an Oil Change Service with ease. When I pulled up at Tidwell they immediately greeted me and got my truck written up for the Service I needed and also was going to address a problem I had with the leather on the drivers seat that was wearing incorrectly due to no fault of my own. I was not there very long when I received notice my truck was completed and and met with the Service Manager who said he would work on getting my seat taken care of. All in all a great experience.

    I had called the day before for an estimate. So, I decided to have my work done at Tidwell. After they were done, the price was three times the quote. I have determined all dealerships are ripoffs. You just can't trust them. Never again.

    Dropped of my truck for a misfire issue. Service advisor Chrissie was awesome. Even though it took a little longer to fix than expected, I was kept up to date through the process and able to plan accordingly. My 2011 F-150 King Ranch has 172,000 miles and is running like brand new again!

    Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Tire rotation was said to be done but it was not. When I called back they said the tire tread looked fine so we didn’t rotate. That is not how tore rotations work

    This was one of the most quality services I’ve ever experienced with this dealership!! They were extremely detailed from the approach of my drop off up until it was complete for pickup. I was very pleased with how quickly and in-depth the customer service was. I was told my vehicle was going to be a 2 & 1/2 - 3 hour wait due to the busyness of vehicles and my completion time ended up sooner than expected, even honored my customer coupon!! Lol. Again great job by Jim Tidwell and their entire staff!!

    Issues with every aspect of the service. Timelines, communication, truthfulness, accurate bill, properly fixing the car, completing requested work. This dealer is clearly too busy for more work so I will gladly take it elsewhere.
