2015 Subaru Outback
by dvesser on 01/30/2015Negotiated online to order and purchase a new Outback Limited. Thanks to Kevin and Bobbi in sales for making this easy and painless. The only surprise? The new Outback came in before I expected it (6 weeks from order to delivery!) and… exactly as promised. Thanks to the Troncalli team.they won't fix my lemon cherokee
by kent35 on 01/19/2015Troncalli does not support there customers..I have a 2014 jeep Cherokee that has a 9 speed transmission that doesn't go into ninth even at speeds above 85mph going down hill..( i have video proof) their service dept. says that's OK & that… the way its supposed to be. which is BS.. they are no help working with Chrysler to get it fixed.. they claim the 9 speed helps it get 25mph --really at speeds above 90?? I get 18 to 19 MPG at 70 MPHAs we were the second dealer to evaluate the customer's issue, we found no issue just as the dealer nearest his home. We did update the software that manages the transmission as a newer version was available. After the update, we test drove the Cherokee and it performed normally. Since the Cherokee has a 9 speed transmission designed to maximize fuel economy to meet government CAFE regulations, most customers are adjusting to its shift patterns as they differ from a traditional 4 or 5 speed transmission. Regarding his experience going downhill, today's transmissions are designed to downshift on an incline or decline to help with acceleration or deceleration. Salesman very professional and knowledgeable
by sl3_007 on 12/13/2014Looked online at several dealers in the area for diesel Grand Cherokee in color/trim. Contacted online first and then progressed to a visit. No surprises and salesman was very personable and knowledgeable. The process from test drive to… paperwork went smoothly without high pressure. He capped it off with spending 30 minutes in our new idling suv helping us maneuver through the multitude of settings in the touch screen.Unusual atmosphere -- NO PRESSURE!
by breakfrom8 on 01/13/2010Although I didn't yet buy a new vehicle, I have to say that when I am ready I will buy it from Troncalli. I bought my Ram truck in Florida in 2004, and while I am looking to buy a new one, I am not quite there yet. I stopped by Troncalli… to check out the new Ram and I was very happy with the way I was treated. I told them right away that I was "just looking" and did NOT get brushed off. The sales consultant still spent an excessive amount of time with me and showed me the truck, the dealership(which is quite nice!), and I even spoke with Mr. Troncalli. I was most pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated, and I was pretty impressed with the dealership. I will buy my new Ram truck there as soon as I can.Best Service Ever
by chooseymom on 12/01/2009I took my minivan to Troncalli last week for routine maintenance and an estimate for what I thought would be a costly repair. They fixed my power steering issue for HUNDREDS less than an independent's estimate that a neighbor insisted I… try to "save money." I've always been thoroughly pleased at Troncalli but I never stop double-checking to make sure I'm not missing out on something better - this time I realized I was already using the best. Their staff is fabulous. Each employee I've ever dealt with at Troncalli treated me, and my children, with five-star service and extreme sensitivity to my hectic schedule. Their children's play area is great and my boys were actually disappointed when my car was finished - 30 minutes ahead of schedule I might add. Truly, I expected to pay more for such honest repairs and above average efficiency. We even saw PT the cat in person this time! I won't double-check car dealerships again, Troncalli proved beyond a shadow of a doubt to be the best choice in the automotive business.Horrible, Dishonest, Poor Service.
by angrycustomer1 on 11/20/2009They used the old bait and hook trap, and offered a great deal on a car, but in return jipped me. When I had they car service they treated me as if I was a Idiot. I payed for the service department to fix my problem, but in reality they… made it worse. I payed over $100 dollars in service for a job they didn't even DO! Later I learned they hadn't even installed the part I payed them to install. The employees acted like they knew what they are doing, but I don't think they have a clue about servicing cars. Please research before you use this dealership! They are not a five star dealership!Exceptional Customer Service from the Service Department
by coalcracker4 on 11/18/2009Been serving my vehicle since they opened this dealership and have found that the employees in the service department go out of way to not only fix the vehicle but make you feel and ease. I can see why they have received the Five Star… Award for many years. The employees make this dealership what it is today!Games
by matt30076 on 07/27/2009These guys like to play games. They will tell you, "here is the bottom line price". They will then offer well below the trade-in value for your car, forcing you to argue to get the actual value, which they generally will give you.… Sometimes, they will even say, "Well, my manager says to tell you he'll give you $6000, but he really valued it at $8000, so we'll just count on him working up to that". Then regardless of your credit score you'll get the, "I just don't think we can finance this with less than $2000 down." Start to walk and that number will drop to $1000, then to $500, yet amazingly, the payments remain the same. Often when asked basic questions about the cars, the sales staff can't answer them. Questions I have stumped them with include, "How much torque does the Cummins 6.7 have? Is this available with a manual transmission?" These are not difficult questions and are answerable by looking in the sales literature in the sales lobby. I've gone with a number of people to look at cars here. It is always the same game. This is old school car buying. If you enjoy the haggle and arguing, Troncalli is for you. If you'd prefer to just get straightforward pricing, I'd go elsewhere.Should not be a 5-Star dealer.
by matt30076 on 07/27/2009I have never had worse service than Troncalli. I brought them a 2007 Ram with a Cummins 6.7L diesel. It had the carbon problem which has become a well known, wide spread problem. While their are hundreds of posts on the internet about… this issue, as well several service bulletins from Chrysler. Troncalli however tells me that they've never heard of this and will have to look into this. They also refused to provide a loaner/rental even though it is clearly provided under my extended service agreement. After three trips to Troncalli, I took it to another dealer. They said they've seen this several times and confirmed that Troncalli had NOT performed the the TSBs!! That is why I had to take the truck in so many times! During that same period, we took our Neon in for service. They informed me that I needed many parts that had just been replaced. They quoted me THOUSANDS to do work that cost me $200 at a different dealership. They actually told me that my oil pan need to be replaced because it had "almost rusted through". Yeah, too bad it is an aluminum oil pan.Better to use an independent shop
by alleycat10 on 05/18/2009I have have had four employer leased Chrysler products in the last fourteen years. The two last of these vehicles have had warranty service done by Troncalli in Cumming, GA. Generally, the services provided had been satisfactory, but I… recall a problem with my 2001 Dodge Intrepid that has driven me away from using this dealer for repairs again. The issue involved water from rain and car washing getting into the driver side compartment. It took three visits to get the repair done satisfactorily. On the second visit, insulation against the firewall area was left out (discarded) and fasteners holding the accelerator pedal in place on its pivit point were left out. I nearly had an accident driving the vehicle through an intersection after departing from the dealer because I was unable to accelerate quickly when the accelerator pedal fell off of its pivot.Extremely Poor Service
by ktmossman on 03/31/2009My PT Cruiser had a computer defect. The service dept confirmed that Chrysler had issued an update for the software. My vehicle is within the mileage limit on the warranty but two months past the 3-year mark. So, they told me it would… cost nearly $200 just to flash the computer (which is a matter of plugging in the device and pushing a button.) Then, they refused to put me in contact with the area Chrysler rep. to see if Chrysler would go ahead and cover it. They also tried to convince me that my brakes were in dire need of a brake job. But I had just had the whole vehicle serviced two weeks before, including a brake inspection, by a mechanic that I have trusted for almost 10 years. Oddly enough, their poor service has probably cost them far more than the $200. I really liked my PT Cruiser and was planning on trading it in in a few months on a newer model. I would have liked to deal with Troncalli because of their proximity to my home. But, after such poor service, I will take my business elsewhere and recommend the same course of action to others.great Subaru and great car dealer
by subie5 on 04/26/2011updated 06/02/2025This has honestly been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I got competitive prices over the Internet from different dealers. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. This dealership was fast and… professional. The price they quoted me, was 100% percent accurate. The Forester is awesome too. This dealership will be first on my list next time. Very Impressed!BEST Dealership EVER!!
by lynnb11 on 01/03/2014updated 06/02/2025Clifford R. (Mgr.), Lee C. (Sales), Kevin S. (internet Sales) and Nick (Used Car Manager) are THE BOMB!!! Couldn't ask for nicer, more honest and generous people to deal with. I ONLY buy vehicles from Troncalli in Cumming, Ga. I've… purchased many new and used vehicles from them. Additionally, I've sent many, many friends to purchase vehicles from them, too (and they did). Never a complaint, always compliments from the people I've sent there. Couldn't ask for a better dealership and the people I've mentioned above. Thank you, Cliff, Lee, Kevin and Nick!!! And Tye, too. :)Great People! Great Service!
by Newstrength on 02/09/2014updated 06/02/2025Purchasing a car has been a difficult experience in the past. Troncalli and Tyler G. made the process very enjoyable. There was only one glitch with the internet at the dealership and they made that not an issue as well. We will be… recommending them to all our friends and family.Second time dealing with Troncalli and......

by DaveHD4evr on 04/20/2014updated 06/02/2025The sales and management staff did a great job located the exact vehicle with a package not widely equipped for inventory. The finance process was seemless also. I previously spent 15 years in the auto sales industry and can say this is how… a deal should come together from start to finish. Well done!Great Experience
by fargason on 02/17/2014updated 06/02/2025We were extremely pleased with their respect for our time. Bruce B., our sales rep, was a delight to deal with from start to finish. We highly recommend Bruce and the Troncalli Team.Peter K great service
by Jillb30 on 05/11/2013updated 06/02/2025We had a great experience at Troncalli, Peter came out and was very knowlegable about their vehicles. I was dreading the " high pressure" sales and was very surprised when there wasn't any. Peter asked questions and gave great answers. I… feel like he was straight forward and honest. I love my new Town & Country.Lee C. and James A. = Dynamic Duo
