I'm a Troncalli fan and just purchased my 3rd truck from Tyler Grant. There were all new Ram 1500's. Tyler is very analytical, knows the vehicles inside and out and makes excellent recommendations as to options, etc. When we do the… pricing he's patient and looks for possible discount programs that are available. He never pressures me and I feel like he's always looking for the win/win. Tyler Grant is by far the best Sales person I've ever worked with.
After the sale , the service is excellent. Christian Bird is excellent and always follows up on any items you ask. There are a lot of dealers around, but Troncalli is the best by far in my opinion.

by laurenaltemari on 01/18/2014updated 06/03/2025My boyfriend (Ryan C.) purchased a truck from Troncalli Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in July 2013. Before purchasing the vehicle we noticed sap on the hood and a few other minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Troncalli agreed to reimburse him… for the expenses if he took it to a Chrysler dealership in our hometown, so thats what he did. He then called Troncalli to OK that what the Chrysler dealership estimated would be fully reimbursed, and they assured him it would. Finally, in late December after numerous phone calls and emails, Troncalli said they would send the check. Needless to say he didnt receive the check. So, he called them to inform them of this. Troncalli then said they dont have a copy of the bill, after we have already mailed them the bill on two separate occasions. And, How could they have (supposedly) sent the check if they didnt have a copy of the bill? So, here we are over half a year later with no check. I am completely unimpressed with the service and professionalism of this business and would not recommend it.Good Day Lauren Altemari and Ryan Caswell; We apologize that you feel that you did not receive a prompt or adequate response when contacting us regarding the issue with the pre-owned truck you purchased from us. As you shopped from Auburn AL, you must have read the hundreds of reviews about our store on the many ratings sites, and made a decision to come see us from that great distance. We do not know who or when you contacted us, but that is not important now. In any case, we dropped the ball and are making it right. Our Pre-owned Director, has spoken with Mr. Caswell. We have the repair invoice, and a check is on its way to you. If you do not have it in your hand by Monday January 27, 2014, please contact me directly. Once you are satisfied, if you would care to post that we did handle the matter once we were aware of the problem on the various sites you posted on, it would be appreciated. Thank you. Easy Van Purchase

A professional no nonsense, straight forward transaction. The nearest you will ever come to 'Red Carpet' treatment at a dealership. A… family owned and operated business ! Kevin Slatton was our Internet Salesman. We received about 3 discounts including the $1,000 owner Loyalty from Chrysler. Delivery, paper work and Title was efficient and timely.Very good experience

These guys are definitely not high pressure and did a good job giving me a fair deal on the Jeep. It wasn't an incredible deal, but Jeeps are too popular these… days, so overall I think it was a good deal. Tyler and Kevin were very helpful. Tyler showed me how to take the Jeep top all the way off and if you are in the market for a Wrangler, definitely ask them to take you on the "hill" out back for a demo of the Hill Descent Control. Way cool. Great experience. Thank you.As always Troncalli hits home run!

We bought our 3rd vehicle (since last Feburary..3 in a year says something about the sales and service staff) yesterday and Troncalli has… made a lifelong customer in us. I can't say enough about the great service department and John R. He's a great person and goes over and beyond to make sure that your experience is positive. I will never forget the many phone calls I got from him one day when my daughters had broken down in Forsyth, GA (Monroe County) en route to Savannah...John R had the car towed back to Troncalli, at no cost to me, called about every 30 minutes to check on my girls..(Until I got to Forsyth to make sure they were ok). I am very impressed at the "over and beyondness" that the whole dealership goes to to make sure that the experience with them is a good one!!!! Troncalli....HITS ANOTHER HOME RUN!Good experience

Tyler went above and beyond to locate the Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for. All of my questions and concerns were… answered and never did I feel like I was being strong armed to purchase something I didnt want. I had visited other dealerships prior to my visit to Troncalli and am AMAZED at the level professionalism and genuine concern to make me a satisfied customer.
