Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Dealership Sales Review
These guys like to play games. They will tell you, "here is the bottom line price". They will then offer well below the trade-in value for your car, forcing you to argue to get the actual value, which they generally will give you. Sometimes, they will even say, "Well, my manager says to tell you he'll give you $6000, but he really valued it at $8000, so we'll just count on him working up to that". Then regardless of your credit score you'll get the, "I just don't think we can finance this with less than $2000 down." Start to walk and that number will drop to $1000, then to $500, yet amazingly, the payments remain the same. Often when asked basic questions about the cars, the sales staff can't answer them. Questions I have stumped them with include, "How much torque does the Cummins 6.7 have? Is this available with a manual transmission?" These are not difficult questions and are answerable by looking in the sales literature in the sales lobby. I've gone with a number of people to look at cars here. It is always the same game. This is old school car buying. If you enjoy the haggle and arguing, Troncalli is for you. If you'd prefer to just get straightforward pricing, I'd go elsewhere.
