Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have never had worse service than Troncalli. I brought them a 2007 Ram with a Cummins 6.7L diesel. It had the carbon problem which has become a well known, wide spread problem. While their are hundreds of posts on the internet about this issue, as well several service bulletins from Chrysler. Troncalli however tells me that they've never heard of this and will have to look into this. They also refused to provide a loaner/rental even though it is clearly provided under my extended service agreement. After three trips to Troncalli, I took it to another dealer. They said they've seen this several times and confirmed that Troncalli had NOT performed the the TSBs!! That is why I had to take the truck in so many times! During that same period, we took our Neon in for service. They informed me that I needed many parts that had just been replaced. They quoted me THOUSANDS to do work that cost me $200 at a different dealership. They actually told me that my oil pan need to be replaced because it had "almost rusted through". Yeah, too bad it is an aluminum oil pan.
