Troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have have had four employer leased Chrysler products in the last fourteen years. The two last of these vehicles have had warranty service done by Troncalli in Cumming, GA. Generally, the services provided had been satisfactory, but I recall a problem with my 2001 Dodge Intrepid that has driven me away from using this dealer for repairs again. The issue involved water from rain and car washing getting into the driver side compartment. It took three visits to get the repair done satisfactorily. On the second visit, insulation against the firewall area was left out (discarded) and fasteners holding the accelerator pedal in place on its pivit point were left out. I nearly had an accident driving the vehicle through an intersection after departing from the dealer because I was unable to accelerate quickly when the accelerator pedal fell off of its pivot.
