    They made sure that you were getting a good deal and leaving with the vehicle you want. They didn't try to put you into something else that you didn't. Would def refer anyone I know that's in the market for a vehicle.

    Mark and MJ took the time to answer all my questions and were easy to work with. They and the car were prepared before I came in and the transaction was pretty quick. Car was fully explained. Finance Manager explained options and was very friendly.

    They were fast with getting back to my request online. The manager called me to give the information that I requested. Vehicle was cleaned and parked up front with our name in windshield, nice touch. We sent over our information prior to getting there which helped the speeding things as paperwork was completed. Very Pleased

    I would like to rate this dealership and my salesman, Guy Vaccaro, a perfect 10 if I could! 5 stars doesn't justify the professional and caring experience I was able to encounter with Guy and his manager! My husband and I were happier than expected and we are now driving our new Acura TLX!!! We wasted so much time going to different dealerships.. I wish we would have gone to Guy at Napletons palm beach Acura in the first place. We are happy customers and will always come back and refer customers to Mr. Vaccaro!   • A pleasant experience

    Went here last week to get a new car. Worked with Richard Grogan and Andy. Both were awesome. Richard was looking out for me, to help me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I was able to get into a beautiful TLX and I absolutely love it. The team was very professional and straight forward. Didn't feel for a second like I was being taken advantage of. I enjoyed my experience and felt that the team I worked with made sure that the car shopping experience was effortless.

  • If you think they care they don't

    First let me say that I did not buy a car here and turned in a lease here but what I experience says a lot for the management and the staff attitude. • First no one came out and greeted me and everyone gave me the “run around” on where to go and who to see • Wayne the guy that helped me had an attitude that was not helpful and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him the entire time • No one helped me with removing items or stickers that I had in the car • Wayne didn’t even inspect the car and took my word for it that it was in good shape, ( Really!) What kind of dealer doesn’t look at the cars before turning in • No one, and I mean no one ask me the question if I wanted to lease or buy a new car, (amazing that with all the people that saw me stand there, not one cared to make the sale) • I had asked for a ride up the street so I could rent a car and Wayne said that the dealer doesn’t do that, so they made me get a cab. THIS IS WHAT SET ME OFF THE MOST! Shame on you Acura that you would do anything to assist me when I buy the car and not do [non-permissible content removed] when I turn it in, shows you don’t really care to build loyalty at all! This alone has completely turned me off of ever purchasing an ACURA or even recommending your cars. Again I did not buy a car there but because what I saw here really says that once you buy the car they don't care to much about you.
    • I'm discouraged to hear you drove away with a dissatisfying experience at our dealership. I would personally like to apologize for the behavior of some of our staff, and would like to speak with you directly in order to fully understand the circumstances and reach a satisfactory resolution.     We were vacationing to the area, and thank God for Bernie. He offered the use of a loaner vehicle while our ac relay was diagnosed and replaced. It was obvious that he is a tremendous asset to your staff. Congratulations on having such a courteous and professional staff.

  • Bait and switch and very unprofessional

    I was dealing with them to lease a 2016 acura MDX. I visited them and offered a deal. 2 weeks later I called the salesman and confirmed if the deal is still valid and when I go there leaving my kids to baby sitter, they do not honor their own words and tell stories and lies to extort more money. Total waste of time and bait and switch approach, very unprofessional.

  • Worse Experience Ever

    Went there to buy a 2015 MDX...the salesman, Irwin B was very nice, but the finance department is a joke (more like a scam). They told me that my interest rate was 9.9% for a $23,000 loan on a 60 month term was $650/mo. If you do the math right, that's equivalent to $39000 after 60months. That's $16,000 in interest. So basically, the finance guy lied about the interest rate...with that much interest on a 6yr term. The interest rate must be at least 23% but he was only telling me it was just 9.9%. There was also another problem. They agreed to sell me the car at a set OTD (out the door) price and had me put my signature down and everything and even the sales manager, Jim, agreed to sell it at that price. but when i came back to get the car, they told me the price has gone up. they said they forgot to add sales tax and dealers' fee so they add almost $3000 more. They acted like they didn't know that OTD price meant. I ended up walking out of there without buying a car and very frustrated...such a big waste of my time and a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there to buy a car. if you do go....do be careful to how to do their business as i feel like the whole time i was there, they were trying to scam me for my hard earned money.

    Leased 2010 TSX from here last year. Sales people are extremely pushy right up to the manager. I had intended on leasing the vehicle, because the vehicle itself is great, but the lease experience made me feel like I was at Joe's Auto Palace. On my trade-in negotiation it became " I have a auction buyer with a truck loading up for NC this afternoon who will take it but you need to decide by 3pm" ( We signed at 2:00; my trade in was still there 2 weeks later). Worst part about sales associate was every other sentence out of his mouth was "Now in about 2-3 weeks you will receive a survey, I need all "excellents" in order to get paid" He went over this at least a dozen times with me before I left. Best salespeople allow customers to make decision on their own and feel as though the decision to buy is theirs, I had already decided to buy, but this experience made me feel as though I was being sold. They also spring the maintenance program on you at the last minute while in the leasing office with finance manager (DONT DO IT), claiming you might need to change oil every 3K miles, or that if you go over mileage you will need the coverage. Ok its $30 per month but its annoying the way they spring it on you. There are much better Acura dealers in South Florida. In hindsight I should have went to the one further south where I now go for my maintenance. If you are local to the area, visit a couple of dealers before you lease/buy. Sales staff at other Palm Beach dealerships are much more accomodating, knowledgable, sincere and can probably give you a better deal.

  • BAIT AND SWITCH

    Spoke to salesman several times before making the 3 hour drive to the dealership for a car I found online. He assured me the car was still available and to come on in. I called him when I left my house one last time to make sure the car was still available and told him exactly what time I would be there. When I arrived the car was already SOLD. He immediately tried to sell me a different car and said it just sold today. This is a perfect example of a bait and switch to get you in the door.
    • The salesperson apologized to you many times and the car was sold while you were in route. There was no bait and switch. I am sorry for the inconvenience and offered to pay for your gas. I was told that you bought a car elsewhere that day. Is that true??

  • Keep away

    Extremely high pressure sales. They would not even return my car key after looking at my car for trade-in. They changed price several times after negotiating it. So you have to start all over again and at a higher price. I believe they do that once they know you are willing to pay a certain price. Then they increase it. The salesmen are rude and argumentative and abusive during the buying process. The finance people try to sell you additional stuff and if you refuse they insult you. They have a used car showroom too. The staff and facilites are of poor quality. Their certified cars were not clean, had rust and dings and scratches. This is not what you expect from a luxury brand after paying so much money. The experience was horrible like a visit to dentist or a used car lot rather than to a luxury car showroom. Look up the better business bureau that has given this company the lowest possible rating of F and keep away or they will suck you in and cheat you with their usual techniques.
