    It took longer than expected and promised. I advised the rep that I needed to be at work and would come back if needed. I was told 1 hour and it actually took 3 hours...I was super late for work.

    My 2022, Jeep Grand Cherokee L with 3,500 miles just stopped working and it was in the shop for two months. It was hard to get someone on the phone when I called for the status. I had to go there and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. I… got corporate involved and they wasn't much help. I like the vehicle but customer service is bad and I will never purchase another Jeep. My wife and I both own new Jeeps so you lost a loyal customer.

    I took my Jeep for a recall. The wait time was long but a shuttle bus was available. The customer service was good. I was updated on the status of my car often.

    Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. Took them 3 hrs and 7 minutes to perform this service. A few hours later I looked at my tires and realized that they were not rotated. Left a voice message at the… Service Department but never received a call back. This is the 2nd time in the last 7 months that I paid for tire rotation and it was not done. Not a good feeling to wait over 3 hrs to learn later that one of the 2 services was not done.

    Went in for navigator screen delaminating. I had read and heard from other owners experiencing the same. My Jeep being 3 years old but with only 20k miles I thought it was out of warranty. Came in expecting a high estimate to get it fixed.… To my surprise and the dealers honesty. They informed me to my surprise that I still had 2 months left on my warranty. From the moment I arrived I was treated with kindness and greetings from all employees that walked by me. They made me feel comfortable and that they were all caring people wanting for me to have a great experience when coming in for service. Service advisor Beatriz Perez was outstanding. Told me part was on back order and no eta but assured me that it would be ordered and gave me manufacturer phone to call and keep track of order status. I was very satisfied with treatment. The facility was very clean and orderly, the lounge chair is made out of lounge was comfortable with courtesy coffee and refreshments. I would definitely return for service. Great job to entire staff.

  • 5 + hours for an oil change and a tire rotation

    I was the first car for service that day, I arrived at 7.00 am and I came out at 12:00 + for an oil change and rotate the tires. few minutes after I left, I checked my glove compartment for the wheel lock and it wasn't there, I had to go… back and get it. Apparently the service guy was new, but to do an oil change and a tire rotation in 5 hours is too much.

    I keep bringing my car here for the same issues. Worst part is, I have to go more than a week without a car so I have to wait a few weeks inorder to bring my vehicle back so they can fix it or atleast attempt to.

  • False information and over charged.

    Everyone was very nice. However, we were given false information regarding the time frame, 2 weeks turned in to a Month, and then after the car was fix, we were advised it had another problem and it would cost an additional $1,500. We… advised them not to fix this issue and we picked our car and paid $3,500. We were even charge shop tax (really). We took our car to a mechanic and was advised that it would cost $400 to fix and it was not what we were advised that problem was. Will NOT be returning to this location.

    • Called General Manager as was advised on Dealers response of 5-26-23. Explained the issue to the Manager (Frank) at 954-446-8775. He advised me that he would look into the issue with the staff that handled my car and would call me back. That was on 6-12-23 (STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK).

    Kristen has been the only person to take control of repairing my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee. I have been dealing with my electrical issue since I bought my vehicle and finally Kristen has been trying to get fixed for good.

    My experience at the Pembroke Pines location has been service center has been horrible. There are several representatives there that are rude and unprofessional. Do not expect to be acknowledged by other staff/representatives once you enter… the service center unless the receptionist is available to do so. Expect to be told that it would take at least 2 weeks before they can get to service your vehicle because “they are behind”. Mind you- all I thought I needed was a new battery for my Jeep. (Drop off date: December 26th, 2022.) Mr. Travis- service representative- was the ONLY individual who took the time to really assist me with my vehicle. He keep in constant communication. He tried his upmost best and I truly respect him for that. When the vehicle was in the process of being serviced, I was told that my water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. I agreed to have them replace it because they already had my vehicle in their possession for over a week and a half. (Pick up date: January 9, 2023). I recently took my vehicle to a different facility for a simple service just to find out that the water pump I had replaced 3 months ago from the dealer- was damaged. They showed me pictures and actually gave me the part to take back to the Jeep service center. I was in tears. The dealer charged me $637 for a faulty item or an item they may have never replaced. When I took the part back to the Jeep service center and spoke with Mr. Gavin Gaye regarding the situation, he told me that there was nothing he could do because the replacement of the replaced part was done by someone else. Mind you- Mr. Gaye is the after sales manager. He did not attempt to provide any type of service recovery. Instead, he questioned me as to why I didn’t bring my vehicle back to the Jeep service center. I quickly realized he was not listening to me nor did he really cared to assist. I am a latent individual when it comes to vehicles. I know only the basics. How was I to know that the water pump for leaking? Why would I take my car back to a center such as this when customers service is deplorable? I am grateful that I went back and looked through my bank statements and receipts because I would have never known.

  • Stay away!!

    Do your self a favor and stay away from this dealership if you don't want to deal with incompetence beyond comprehension. The van had two recalls, and repairs. After one week we were told some repairs were done, one recall was done and we… had to go to a different dealership to service the second recall since they were ill equipped. 3 weeks later and multiple back and forth with an extended warranty company where no details are being submitted about what work was done, multiple phone calls to service managers and advisors who failed to call back or answer any messages, I now spoke with the service director after probably 9 different calls where no one called me back and he's stating that no work was done. NOTHING. I'm now getting it in writing to my email so I can walk away from this place. Chrysler should shut this place down or revamp the staff. I love my minivan but it's not worth dealing with all of this.

    So, 10min into driving off the lot my truck continued to make the sound I asked to be checked and fixed! My truck to this day has continued that noise! I've had the worst experience in my life by taking my truck to you guys! The valet lost… my truck, lost my keys and killed my battery in which you guys forced me to pay for! The technician who worked on my truck sucks! He never checked my truck to see if that noise left. I should sue you and Gavin for the worst experience at a service center ever!
