5 + hours for an oil change and a tire rotation

I was the first car for service that day, I arrived at 7.00 am and I came out at 12:00 + for an oil change and rotate the tires. few minutes after I left, I checked my glove compartment for the wheel lock and it wasn't there, I had to go back and get it. Apparently the service guy was new, but to do an oil change and a tire rotation in 5 hours is too much.
